So you could use RCA cables with BNC connectors to go from SCART to BNC for a PVM or something...

I don't have a PVM or BVM, I've got a Trinitron with component in, and was hoping it [Kenzei] would go from SCART to YPbPr/YUV. I'm currently using a box I bought off of eBay which isn't all bad, but it isn't all good either. I'd like something of a bit more quality. I love my Toro and (even though you guys didn't send ME any Sarelle...) I'd buy an RGB to YUV from you as well if such a thing were possible.

Yes, It can be used for the PVM.
We are working on an RGB to Component converter too.
We may offer some Sarelle as a give away when we will have a FB community page in the future. :)

Agreed. It's flattering and is a nice visual representation of the feature set.

...but, then he goes on a rant about using it in a double transcoding situation (PC Engine RGB -> YPbPr -> RGB -> (scaled) HDMI). If the PC Engine was modded for simple RGB out, the Garo would be unnecessary. That being said, the Garo still serves it's purpose, but I think videos like this encourage inefficient setups.

Id like a nice Svideo to RGB setup. I know its odd, but with the Nitro only outputting SVideo, it could be of some help the future.

This struck me as dumb too, until I realized how helpful it would be for integrating an Atari 5200, Atari 7800, Commodore 64/128, and a Dreamcast (for games that wont boot in RGB) into a otherwise all SCART switching setup. It would also allow you to use an S-Video source on a OSSC. I can't imagine there's much of a market for such a device, but I guess I'd buy one if they were available.

For the Nitro capture, shouldn't a Tim Worthington N64 RGB kit theoretically work? It'd be great if you wanted to be the ginny pig for such a project. I don't think I've seen anyone actually do it before.

In theory it would likely work. Its something Ive thought about doing in the past. Probably would need two kits though?

Garo is the best companion of an Xbox which has a perfect component output. It can be used for other purposes like Adam showed but we designed it for the Xbox in mind first.
