I managed to snag mine! I accidentally shipped it out to my parent's house in my rush though. LOL No worries, they only live 30 minutes away.

 

This is great, glad to see more of these being released! Any idea when more euroscart versions will be available?....Really want to buy one of these but can't justify buying all new JP21 cables.

So probably a stupid question but can I stop using the Sync Strike from Arcade Forge because this switch has it integrated? Or is there any benefit to the Sync Strike now.

Any chance the release time for the EURO scart can be during sensible UK times to give us chance?

 

Not a stupid question - Yes, you can stop using your sync strike if you have a gscartsw. I own one as well and still use it on occasion (as well as some SCART to VGA cables I made myself) for testing, use on a second monitor, etc. If you don't need the extra cash, I recommend keeping it in your "toolkit" in case you ever need it.

 

Sorry, I didn't expect it would go that fast, I'll order more.
The idea was to order JP21 only for those who are principal JP21 user, if you start new be a good guy and go with SCART.
JP21 was funded using my own money, and to be honest I didn't expect it'll sell that fast.
I may have to open pre-orders for SCART again to be able to order a bigger batch, definitely you won't miss your chance this time.

 

Okay cool, will go for the pre-order for the Euro scart - hopefully won't miss that.

I will be shipping JP21 units this week, after I'm done there will be a pre-order for both SCART and JP21 version. While I have some funds for it, those are quite expensive to manufacture thus I'll need some partial funding. I'll match this with whatever I have ATM to order a bigger quantity.

There is a component/composite combo switch in development (I call it "gcompsw" ), same approach as gscartsw and focus on the quality. I'll post a development topic with some photos soon.
