Alright, at this point everybody should have gotten his tracking number through paypal. Everything is packed and will be dropped off on Monday morning. In case of any issues please let me know.

No, you don't need Kenzei for this. As I've said numerous times VGA can work in two modes, one mode is exactly like SCART (composite sync), he just needs custom wired VGA->SCART cable.

Just Wow :) Mine has arrived today. It's the little things that make this awesome. The multi region psu, the fact it auto switches, no added noise, and it looks great next to my SLG in a box. I know it's all in the description but I have been so used to having a 3 switch scart box and changing out cables and selecting the correct channel that this feels like my setup has finally been completed
Thank you Superg, this is a great little device

You'll want to ask them how this cable is wired. PC's can output 15khz RGB signals with the proper video card and driver, but like the VGA-SCART cable I made, it most likely combines Horizontal and Vertical sync into a Composite sync. So basically it's probably not a straight passthrough like you're expecting. The molex is for supplying power to specify RGB and 4:3 modes for euro tvs that come with Scart connectors.

Thanks. I will just wait for retro consoles to reply.

So CS is the switch for turning sync on and off.

What is the switch labeled cv/hv for?

    Thanks

P.S. Would putting my Surge Protector and Gscart right next to each other cause any issues? Like a half inch apart

    Yes :)
I think you understand it all now, no need to re-ask questions several times.

With normal VGA the sync is separated into Horizontal and Vertical signals (pin 13 and 14). TVs though use Composite sync where both Horizontal and Vertical are combined into a single signal . It's a lot to learn, but there are many references out there for this stuff. To be fair to superg you can't expect him to teach you everything you need to know about video signals.

Excuse me? I've been explaining this several times personally to you. Moreover this have been explained maybe 20 times in this thread and "9. VGA HSync/CSync mode selection (ON/OFF switch);" is written in features on the page where you've ordered it. You should have read what you're buying before spending "assload" of money.

That said I will happily accept the switch back and I will even pay you for the return postage.
