Ugh. It must be a drag being a stick in the mud, but since you didn't seem to catch it, it was humor. And I'm not going to continue to crap up this gentleman's topic with useless bickering, so I'll just state that you need more fiber in your diet. Ian is a great guy. Seriously one of the BEST I have encountered in over 10 years of videogame collecting. As for me I'd prefer the term dickhead and it is a crown I'll proudly wear for defending those that should never have been attacked in the first place.

 

I must add that it is pretty funny that somewhere out there someone considers me a stick in the mud.

ianoid, i asked it before, but it seems to have been lost in the load of other comments, what other betas did you find, since you mention "other betas" in your last post that sounds interesting!

 

Off the top of my head, I have Dinosaur Hunter, which is known and I believe there are other copies. Another I think I have is Gene Troppers, which I haven't messed with. Oh yeah, I have a copy of American Idol too. All for original Xbox.

Listen, guys, I appreciate the help in backing this up. I have no plans to release any of my unreleased code. I'm not really sure what to do with it, aside from enjoying having it in my collection. And my collection is not a democracy. I do want my stuff backed up so that it is not lost to bit rot, etc. I appreciate your interest in checking out this stuff, but I have no plans to sell or distribute. Several other members have this attitude, I am not alone.

Acquiring unreleased stuff is neither simple nor cheap, and asking folks to give it away for free is hopeful at best. Of course, some people acquire these things with the primary intention of releasing them. Kudos to them. I am not one of them at this point in time. Perhaps some day.

 

I know if I had anything unreleased i would keep it as well. Its unique and not many people will have it. Also it's good your backing it up. Don't wanna lose it.

 

Thats why I offered my help (when I could), I dont care about seeing it myself now, but to have it be lost totally, while it was at least semi-preventable, would have been a shame

 

DRX has the best idea. get people to chip in and pay for a proto.

 

Is there any chance we could maybe get a gameplay video? To see what this game was all about?

 

You could just look up the game as it released on PS3/360 i beleive. It was a political campaigning game.
