I'm about 20 min from the Willowbrook mall. F&G's has been closed for over 2 years now. :crying: They auctioned the stuff off about a year ago, the place sat closed for awhile. Chinatown Fair is still open, but they never got any of the RR games. There is a place in Central NJ called Eight on the Break, but to my knowledge they never got many racing games. Yeah, Funspot in CT has tons of retro stuff. I have read about that place, but have not been able to make the trek out there yet. The only place around NNJ that I can remember that got any of the RR games was Sports World. I played RR many years ago there, damn I miss that place. :-( Once DDR hit the East coast most places dumped the older games and rarely picked up new games that were not dance/rhythm related. :dammit: ^_^_^
Sports world is the one that has/had the go-kart track as well, right? Been a long time since ive been there, played the crap out of Gauntlet Legends there though. Wasn't a very big arcade.
Parris, have you had a chance to mess with your Initial D cabinet? Sportsworld had an indoor laser tag, I don't remember them having a go cart track. They had a decent amount of games, although they were spread out through the whole place which made it seem small in the arcade department. ^_^_^
It's not arrived yet. Parts of it were due before Christmas, but I suspect the courier was overwhelmed. So, I guess it will be the new year before I can take any images - sigh! Here I am with all this time on my hands as well. Hope you had a good Christmas (as with everyone else I know on AG!)
Ah I think I know that one, but the one Im talking about is a bit different. Its been too long though.
