just started my collection of xboxes

um yes they seem to have 2 inbuilt clips that hold the cap on, i havent tried to get it off yet as its not going to get used anyways so dont want to go and start breaking things...lol

 

so far so good been very lucky picking these up over the last month or so, the blue and green one came with an old crystal xbox i saw for sale on ebay, sold the crystal xbox to cover the purchase costs so these 2 cost me nothing

 

Black controller s looks fake from here...

 

really which one the duke or the s controller, will take some closer up pics if you can look at it but 100% sure its genuine

The jewel and buttons look odd to me. If you can see the cable and there's a breakaway it's genuine. The bootlegs look very close though...

Distance of the photo, the jewel looked rather odd. The hue of the buttons looked off as well. Was the angle.

You need an Orta box. Coolest ever IMHO.

I have just a Crystal, with a 320GB HDD modded into it, one of my favourite consoles ever.

I think it's funny that people think of XBOX as retro now, I guess it has been a few years.

 

More than a few more like over a decade.

 

Over a decade feels like just a few when you're 40+ The years fly by faster and faster.

So little time, so many games.

 

Ahhh yeah, tell me about it. I'm 21 and starting to feel like that already!

 

ye i saw that orts box on ebay.com and went to make an offer thenrealized it had been modded.. $600 was a little to steep for my liking

 

It as also very sun faded. I passed just because of that.
