Oh, they sure do. I can vouch for that. It's easy to tell when they fake it anyway, or at least I think so.

We did two of the temples that I can't name. Hokokuji was not one of them. Took a few pics on film... in between stages of near death and rehydration.

That's the one we went to. Forgot the name of it. Then went to another (which If found more interesting) back away from the station, about a kilometer or so. Good tourist fodder when friends visit.

Then went and saw all the douche bag military guys on the beach.

    Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gū ;)

We didn't bother with the beach this time around. I've been before, but I find the beach to have a really weird aura. Not sure why.

the amount of pain on your back when they bury their 4000 yen expensive and 5cm long nail-extensions into you is a good indicator.

hehe, Thankfully I don't go out with that type of girl, thankfully :) Anyone that feels the need to make themselves look better with fake extentions or such is quite shallow most of the time.

I've been meaning to take some pictures of this recruitment sign for the police & national guards for some time now. It's on a lamppost near my home that has many college students walking past it every day. I've got to say, it's a little different than the recruitment posters used in the west :D

The guy in the photo "They Had No Idea What Fate Had In Store... (BW)" looks like he has quite a packet for a japanese man. Not that I'm in to such stuff but it is easy to notice.
