There's a place across the street from my office that uses duck fat to fry their french fries. It's ABSURD. Anyway, I've yet to try the McRib. I need to get on this before it disappears again. Why do they do this "limited time" nonsense?
Just remembered that i need to get a Cheesy BBQ Roller from KFC as they are really nice and not had one in ages. For thos who don't know this is what they are:
@Yakumo, since today the Cheese Fonue Chicken sando is out again Seems that it is the winner out of the four, and so they put it out again, since it was so super delicious!!! btw:
Just for one week though Tanpin is 200 yens. Almost a steal, lol. Ate 2 1/2 just 30 mins ago. It's the definite winner.
Tanpin? What is that? It's a shame that the Cheese Fonue is only back for a week though. I want them to bring back the Chicken Tatsuta as standard as well. In the CM earlierthis year they said it was originally a special burger but that's bull shit. I came to Japan in March 1996, November 1996, September 1997 and November 1998 until now and each of those times they had Chicken Tatsuta. They seems to forget that westerners can remember things  EDIT - Never mind. Tanpin (on it's own) I thought you were talking about a new burger
Double down? Mc Rib? What is this pussy shit? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIzzx2OolfI Watch this the ultimate manly meal.
That is just fucking disgusting. And the rest of my thoughts upon the makers of that video and the others they have made, will not be written out in text, cause I would offend a lot of people with those thoughts in writing.
Tatsujin, i'm not sure how it is n Tokyo but down here each Mc' has one of the 4 i-con chicken burgers. My local 2 minutes from my home selles the carobonara. . The one 30 minutes away by car has Diavlo but the one next to work has the lovely cheese!! Looks like it's mc for lunch.
Finally had a McRib. You know....it wasn't that bad. It tasted less "fake" than a lot of fast food, probably because it's a 20 year old recipe. The best part was the pickles and onions, lol. The BBQ sauce was pretty decent, reminds me of Stubb's. Pork itself was surely processed pig dicks, but that just makes it basically a big rib-shaped hot dog. It was something to try once. Not half bad. Won't be doing it again though.
Well... the McRib had never ever been sold in Mexico, but I just saw the commercial for it like 10 minutes ago. Maybe I'll go see what has everybody so excited about it. I'll report results.
Send pictures, along with pics of your communist Gandalf uncle... Maybe get him to have a McRib? That would be an awesome pic...
