A friend of mine is in south america, says McD's got a 'premium' burger there that tastes much better than the usual stuff. Apparently they're using real beef in the paties...:clap::thumbsup: Where is it from? EDIT: found it
Didn't know that the Perry Bible Fellowship was doing new comics, I shall visit shortly. I'm glad I was born just a tad bit too late to know what the McRib tasted like way back when, must be why I have no interest in tasting one know beyond knowing what the hype and hysteria is all about.
So I didn't eat all day, as I knew I would be intaking 1300 calories at once. I went and ordered two, and a large fries. I haven't eaten at mcdonalds in over 5 years. Make sure you ask for extra sauce, also, they seem a lot smaller than they used to be, or it's the magnifying glass of youthful eyes. It was pure junkfood heaven. Hours later, I got bloated as hell. I don't eat bread normally. I might do it one or two more times, I have to make sure I balance out the damage (lol)
Yep, not the game, the Mc Burger  . Came out yesterday. Friday is the day of new burgers or at least it is in this part of Japan (Yamaguchi & Kita Kyushu)
You lucky buggers! (to say it like a Brit) Japanese McDonald's burgers are insane. I've never seen something like the Mega Mac, the Windows 7-Mac or that "Cheese Fondue"-Mac anywhere else in the world. One could assume McD is trying to supersize Japan in fast-forward speed Anyway, we got a couple of exclusives. For instance the Nürnburger (pun intended -_-) with Nuremberg sausages on it: Costs 1,79 Euro and tastes good but is only about as big as half a cheeseburger. :crying: We also got the so called "1955er Burger" a couple of weeks or months ago. Tastes absolutely awesome and I have to have it again in a few days... not sure if it is exclusive though. http://www.mcdonalds.de/produkte/1955_burger.html#/home
ave, that Nürnburger and 1955er Burger both look lovely. Japan's special burgers are normally just re-hashed burgers of the past. These Chicken specials we have from October until December are the first original burgers in a long time. Normally they're just a variation of the Cheese Tsukimi Burger which is a cheese burger with bacon and fried egg. Yakumo
Is your friend still in Uruguay? They do taste a bit different, Mc Donald's here use a bit more of real meat than other MCDs I've tried at least. But we don't get those super crazy special's you get at the US or Japan or other places... Would love to have some Mc Rib here... :crying:
I can't say for the US but Mc in Japan is miles better than the shit I used to eat (if there was no Burger King around) in the UK.
You are soo right! And that I'm saying as a Swiss-guy. And yeah the german sausage follow-up was crap compared. Have to try the diabalo today :slurpy:
I ate 3 tonight and I feel sick right now.... I was still able to make this short video however... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUD5O37DOTA
Actually, I made a mistake on the name of the new Mc Burger. I was reading the katakana name which as we know is a fucking stupid form of writing that never represents the real word. It's actually spelt Diavolo. In Katakana it says ディアボロ Which you would think would be spelt as Diablo in English, but no. Yakumo
Just got one of these. While it was pretty good, I honestly wasn't that impressed. I asked for the extra sauce and it turned out being a giant goopy mess. No matter, I hadn't eaten anything all day... So it was gone in less than 5 minutes.
Nuremburg sausages? It's likely because I'm a filthy, filthy yank but the only thing I can think of is, well, Jew stuffed sausages. Seems like a potentially ironically evil thing for Hitler to do (pork not kosher, etc) if he were a cannibal....
The only reason I keep getting the McRib is because its 3.99 here for the meal, which is great. Its not that great, but its not terrible either, so for 3.99, what the hell.
