I think I've got a Resident Evil DC T-Shirt that I didn't see in there... have to get a pic of that sometime. Oh, and I got my friend a glass shard from the window in Resident Evil: Apocalypse. Did you buy any of the props? There were a LOT for sale around November/December last year. One of the best items still available is Alice's gun from the 1st film.

Nah, I mostly just go for the games stuff, as it actually relates to the story.

 

I got some new pictures. I moved all my current figures and put them in a big setup. Im hoping to move all my stuff there and get one big picture soon.

Notes:
The Resident Evil versions are really hard to find. Toycom had thought it would be alright to bring these Japan only figures to the USA in a re-branded packaging. They were wrong. They had only gotten a few out before Capcom gave them the axe. Palisades had the Resident Evil license to produce figures so they sued Toycom. Its interesting that number 6 is there, since the entire line in Japan was supposed to be in these two packs you see. However due to low sales (each set cost roughly 60$) they decided to stop producing the two packs after the fourth set and release them in individual packs afterwords. My assumption is that Toycom went ahead with this two pack line for the whole series. However the latest set I have seen has been this Chris and Mr X Series 6 pack.

* The Series 17 was never supposed to be released complete. Each figure set has certain parts to build this giant figure however Moby Dick decided it was prudent to release it on its own. Unlike a figure built from the parts, this one has one difference. Its right arm tentacle is made of rubber in this complete release. The parts version had a hard plastic one, which propped it up nice and good. The pre-built one tends to slouch, however you can actually manipulate its arm now.

Nothing very interesting to say about these..They are just the standard versions. Rebecca did cost me quite a lot. Her figure has gone for up to 250$ multiple times in the past few months.

Originally Toy Biz was to produce three lines of figures. One set was RE1, the second was RE2, but the third was supposed to be figured based off the RE movie. Since it was delayed and delayed ToyBiz just released RE2 Platinum as the third line.

The only incomplete set I have here is the moby dick one. I have all the normal versions but I am still missing the 4th set (Carlos VS Nemesis) all silver color. Series 1 all copper is shipping to me soon from Japan.

 

I hate to do a tripple post, I know how anoying they can be. But I dont think anyone would notice an edit

So right down to buisness I got everything (besides RE4PS2 - im playing it) set up! Its taking up an entire section of the room but its ok cause noone is living in this part of the house Ill have a detailed listing of all my stuff as you really cant know what some of the things are with the resolution the picture is in. Everything pictured is Resident Evil / Biohazard related.

Looks good, but did you use duct tape to hold all that stuff? :\ I cant tell what it is

 

Hahah yeah its duct tape. I didnt wanna pin it cause it would make a hole. So instead I used duct tape on parts which wouldnt rip or anything heh. Hopefully if my friend comes over soon (from NY) he can bring his awesome camera.

 

I would have picked up some picture hangers or something :\ I fear seeing the duct tape rip parts of the packaging

 

Just wondering, do you have the PC Power VR version with the "Warning Uncut Version" sticker on the box? If it is, it passed me because it's the largest display of Resi stuff I've seen so far.

Just curious, what are those newspapers for that are taped to the wall next to your RE stuff?

 

One is a prop from the movie, you might have seen it "THE DEAD WALK" at the end of RE1 movie. Its really 3 different news paper covers with some comical text about the series, and the inside is all NY times stuff heh.

The other is a promo to promote the movie. It was given away at E3 to people. It also has some comical things

Do you know if there ever was such a thing as a Resident Evil 1.5 Beta/Prototype?

 

Yes, however noone has it in private hands to all public knowlege.

There has been at least one close call where it was almost released to a good friend of mine, however that fell through once the employee made the mistake of asking his boss if its alright to make a copy for a friend.

If anyone here DOES have it though, Id be willing to put up a small fortune for it. :thumbsup:
