Honestly, I don't think handheld gaming needs 3D. I really dislike even full "3D" perspective handheld games. Like when they redid super Mario 64 on DS. While the graphics were impressive, it obvious that it's meant for the big screen. Redoing Ocarina of Time in 3D for a tiny screen is stupid. Even current 3D movies aren't that great. The effect isn't that noticeable to me.
Super Mario 64 DS would have been better as a straight port. Having it on a small screen wasn't too big of a deal to me honestly but I can see other N64 games that'd do really poorly on such a small display.
I really want DOA Dimensions, but I've been spending too much money lately, so I have to save for a while.
I don't know whether to get DOA dimensions. I love boobies, and the DOA series has been a staple among my library since the Dreamcast... but I already have Street Fighter, and I'm most certainly getting Blazblue. So it'd be ... a bit monotonous, that all my games for the platform are fighting games.
