NEGATIVE Feedback for NDS_Demo

    The guy bought an IS Nitro from me on Ebay. He had me ship it to his relative in Texas since he is overseas.

    The relative has not picked up the package, and NDS_Demo has refused to get a hold of him to make him. Basically, the guy wants a refund because he changed his mind. That's not how Ebay works.

    So now not only am I currently out an item, but I am out over 500$ because he is opened a complaint.

    I did everything right. The item is currently sitting at a post office in Texas. I am incredibly upset at the way he has handled the situation. I sold the item to pay for bills and to put money down on a honeymoon, the money doesn't exist anymore.

    Sounds like a shit situation to be in ! that person needs to get off their lazy ass and get the item from the post office how hard can it be ???

    Thank god I didn't sell him one. I'm sorry it happened to you. Contact ebay and tell them he is refusing to pick it up from the post office.

    EDIT: Hey where at in TX I'll go pick it up and shove it down their throats. ;)

    I actually sold the one I bought from you. I was only hoping to get back what I put into it after fees, ended up with a little extra but still, obviously not worth the headache hah

    I'm worried for the system as well... The really odd thing is, did PayPal even look into this when the claim was processed?
    It's pretty rude of this guy to stay tight lipped on this, I mean for fuck sake it's for his honeymoon!
    Anyway Borman hopefully it gets sorted out best of luck.

    It hasn't been awarded to him yet, but it automatically takes the money from my account in the meantime. So I am left with -500.00$ as my account balance.

    Never ship anywhere but the paypal address, always charge full shipping, and never ship to france.
    The only issues I have had are with france, to the sum of $3000

    I shipped to the address that he used for Paypal. I charged full shipping. And it wasn't France :p

    Everyone has a country that "OMG DONT SHIP TO"

    Mine happens to mostly be the US. Its pointless saying it, because its just your experiences and will differ to everyone elses. In contrast, I have never had anything go missing to France.

    USPS tried to deliver again today. Of course they left a notice. Just man up and say you don't want the item.

    France is also on my do not ship list. Haha

    I hope this thing gets sorted. I've been a lot more careful with who I sell to these days. I feel like there's been too many issues in the marketplace this past year...

    Im just trying to pay for a honeymoon for my fiance and I. It is a sad world where a seller can do everything right, and yet stuff like this still happens

    Own a business, you have to keep a "float" to cover charge-backs of about 15-30% of monthly receipts or
    credit card processor won't accept your business.

    Im a student, not a business, so unfortunately having some extra laying around isn't easy, as much as I would like to.

    Same. Sold stuff to France without any problems, but had a lot of issues when trading to the US. Right now my current "OMG DONT SHIP TO" country is... Finland. I'm only selling stuff abroad, haha.
