Why close it? People deserve fair warning on bad buyers.

You were to arrange it. Not me. You were the one that asked me to ship it to him, I didn't do it for my pleasure. And it is you that said that "I think he get the heebie-jeebies." Weird how they tried to deliver it today, and yet he still won't pick it up. You can't decide that you suddenly don't want the item. That isn't how Ebay works. You had a contract to purchase my item. I am now out 509$ plus fees, and an item. I have been in contact with you since Monday, when I realized the package wasn't picked up. I offered to even RESHIP it to you in Germany, and yet you still don't want it.

On top of that, you filed a complaint with ebay saying you didn't receive the item. Well of course you didn't receive the item, it wasn't picked up or accepted for delivery!

If you don't want the item, that is your business. But you do that by selling it yourself, not by screwing over someone who did everything right.

I say contest him. He don't deserve to get his money back at all. Make sure that you provide Fleabay with all the messages that he has responded to that he is refusing to accept the item.

Go and do a chat with them and request that they go through the messages. I assume that has refused to accept the item in one of them?

They don't have a chat system anymore. Here is the tracking for anyone interested :

I shipped with signature confirmation, like Ebay REQUIRES.

He starts asking for a refund almost immediately.

It is better for him for it to go back to him. Right.

Notice how he quotes some rules. And yet he filed a claim for an item not received, because whomever couldn't sign for it.

Notice how he still wants part of it!

Actually I don't have to choose. Ebay gets to figure this mess out. Why don't you just pay for the shipping to Germany?

Very true, and then you had me ship to the US, Texas, and I did just that, and that should have been the end of our transaction. Two days ago, I sent you this message :

And you completely ignored it, and filed a complaint with Ebay.

Lets end this discussion and make peace not war ;-)

And that doesn't help that I still don't have 530$ to refund you. For what reason don't you want the item now?

nds_demo you're being difficult. Borman has a right to say "I don't want to ship to xyz country" it was YOUR choice to send it to the USA... If it was so much trouble then maybe you shouldn't of bought the god damn item in the first place.
If for whatever reason you win the case (You being "nds_demo") refund the money to Borman (if the item doesn't get to him) this money is for an important payment!

Hopefully eBay goes into your favour but don't hold your breath :/

Notice how he never responded to why he wants a refund. Id wager that he bought another one, and feels he paid too much for this one, so instead of sucking it up and selling it himself, now he is screwing me over by putting my paypal in the Negatives. Guess what, even if I get the item back, I probably can't sell it since my account will be frozen due to the negative balance! Go me.

And like I said in chat, I just bought 570$ worth of wedding bands for my fiance and I.

I'll be forced to sell things (or dump things) that I really don't want to right now. Just as I start building a collection, I have to let a bunch go. But WAIT. That's right! I can't sell anything, my account is frozen!

    So I am royally screwed.

Someone should ban this idiot. hes exploiting a loophole in ebay/paypal to get a refund on an item hes clearly decided he doesnt want anymore.

So what you are saying is you want to keep the money and let his item be at the mercy of the postal system?

    Pitiful.

Its a lovely loophole he has found but I can't imagine he will be a poster once this is done.

You can't expect to file complaints about items not being delivered when it is your family that you are refusing to contact to pick up the item. For all that it matters you are the one who refused delivery and are merely using them as a proxy for your bidding. This is not how this works.
