You need to be banned and no body here even is on your side. Either leave or we'll make you.

@lucas93 You are right if you say everything worked out (for B.) But you are wrong if you say I am a sensantion seeker or something. I am glad too that all is going fine. Borman has no e$ay or PP case open and I have the Emulator.

    So everything is fine.

My sarcastic patter are the result of the grudger or german hater...

I first that he not be banned. You don't ban people who make themselves look like morons in every post they make. Instead, you laugh at them. Let them post again, rinse and repeat.

Agreed but, you ban for scamming. Do you remember raylyd? That situation had to do with ebay. The only reason this shit was resolved was do to the immense pressure put on him by the members.

A little harsh the way everyone is suggesting him to be banned. Just leave it, it's not your place. This is over with, let this be a lesson to everyone. Move. On.

Until the next time (there shouldn't be one)

We should be preventing a next time. People have been banned in these parts for far less. He is among the most difficult buyers I have ever had, refusing to answer questions, and now playing the discrimination card, despite the fact that I am quite proud of my German heritage. I can't leave negative feedback on Ebay despite him deserving it, so I personally would like something done, whether it is a ban or, at the very least, a change in avatar and title that indicates what he has done.

While I respect your opinion, the problem with leaving things "as-is" is that joe-anybody could be suckered into dealing with this person in the future. This isn't just about a bad case of misunderstanding or jerks being jerks. It's about someone who carefully and deliberately tried to abuse eBay/PayPal in order to deal with his buyers remorse, regardless of who it screws or by how much. Potentially, there could be hundreds or thousands of dollars on the line for any given transaction (Especially for protos, dev equipment, etc). In my option I think that is unacceptable.

Moreover, the only thing NDS_Demo is sorry for is for being caught. The thing that saved Borman was that he crossed his T's and dotted his I's to the letter. In any other situation, things could have easily gone another direction where Borman would be out his money and possibly his item too (depending on how brazen the scammer is). It was only after he realized he would never win his dispute that he decided to give up in an attempt to at least "try" and salvage his reputation on Assemblergames.

His avatar should be forced into Kermit the Frog and left unbanned as a warning.

The thing that saved him was him picking it up.Paypal would have refunded and he would have won easily.

If the item hasnt arrived, it hasnt arrived. Which is the sellers responsibility

I mean, I guess ultimately he finally did the right thing. People should just be aware of the situation and know what what he did.

It's not the sellers responsibility to sign for the package though, especially after multiple emails and delivery attempts, which is why I believe Ebay was in contact with him and he just wasn't supplying a good enough answer. Especially when the proof was there, and the willingness to reship it to cater to him. It clearly wasn't an easy case, or it wouldn't have taken weeks of emails.

After being publicly called out for it, his reputation gutted. The entire internet now knows. Every post in this topic indexed by a multitude of search engines.

You would be surprised how little people search, especially when it is a buyer.
