I hear that the EMS cards and software have QC issues. But if you get one that works it's just dandy.

EDIT: I should also mention that EMS 64mbit cards don't come with a reader since they have on-board USB. That means if you wanted to dump protos or backup SRAM or something, it's out of the question. If you get a Smartboy 32mb or something similar, you'll be able to use the reader to dump. Really the only reason to use EMS cards is if you want to load several binaries to memory at the same time (ie. Make a multi-cart). Otherwise it's not as modular as other systems.

    Hurray..... err maybe not.

I got my 200 carts in recently. Yesterday I started going through one box, cleaning up some of the carts and testing them out. I now realize this might take me a while to get through all games. The question now is, i'm still debating how I will go about selling the extras. I was thinking to just post them here for really cheap (w/ a fixed shipping cost) but to do it list wise I will have to waste time pulling up names on all the games. If I go the picture route I might have to spend more time dealing with people requesting a specific one over others and taking longer to get things together for shipping. I also though random grab bag but not sure anybody would be up for that fun (I would purge the really bad stuff, most of the games are good games but just really common stuff and would try to keep people from getting dups when getting more then 1). I'm not looking to make any money off these, just offloading them so they probably would be as cheap as $2 a pop (and all will be hand cleaned with disinfectant, have the cart pins cleaned off and verified they are functional). =/

    Any opinions?

Are these North American games, or Japanese games? I assume the former? I'd say a good picture is 1000 words. Just take a high res shot of them so people can see the titles and go that way.

Japanese. Still lots of pretty good titles, just they are flat out common (Kirby Tilt, Mario land 1-3, pokemon, yugio, etc).
I though about the picture route but then people might be "I want the left or right one" of a dup and what if that one is already gone. =/

i guess I could just stack the dups so there really isn't any choosing on that front.

well, posted in the sales thread. If anybody is looking for some decent (but common) gb games, have at it. There are a few reasonably good games in the bunch.
