Finally bought myself a Zapper gun
but the price was a real ripoff... never going to buy anything there again >=/
also bought Bionic Commando

 

The toys r us is going out of business in my town. 30-40 percent off games. wooh!

 

The Toys R Us in Texarkana is going out of business and they were putting EVERYTHING on sale. I got a copy of FFXI and 2 GBA games for $100.

 

Most of the Toys 'r us are going out of business, the one that aren't are being turned into Babies 'r us. So all and all, no more Toys 'r us.

 

Added Power Stone and the crazy Dynamite Cop for the Dreamcast, both complete for about 9 dollars each. The retailer has some other games that I have always wanted and has agreed to separate them for me next week, some of them new, at the same price.

 

Wow ! I wonder if this is only in the states? Toy R Us seem to be doing quite well here. Man, Toys'R Us have been around for about 20 years now or at least in the UK.

I can see why they are going out of business in the states. One word...WALMART.

It also has to do with kids not being as active as they were back in my day. I hardly see wee ones playing outside anymore. Everyone is obsessed with playing video games now. At least we have DDR for some activity right?

 

Wow, I've never seen that particular Bionic Commando label.

 

what? that's like the only one I've ever seen.. my friend had it when I was a kid and it looked just like that. maybe there was another label for the us market.

I've received a Sega Saturn System Disc (KD02)

 

Got the Gackt Redemtion limited edition DoC FFVII CD and DVD. Very nice and needed to complete the FFVII Doc Limited edition cerebus box set. Quite a nice dvd - got gackt's music video when he is wearing the outfit from the game (the extended, not the radio version). Also got a 5 minute promotion of the game and CG from the game in action.

Also a real bargain is this PS2 game pictured below. Oretachi geesen zoku - sonic wings. Comes with-
Game - with a label like a 100 yen coin!
A special dvd of the TV CM, Music video and superplay of the game.
Soundtrack CD, with new remixes,
Booklet,
Guide booklet with original artwork,
Copy of the arcade sheet,
Collection card.

Loads of great info in the package and nicely put together (shame about the front cover) for only 2000 yen! (mine was actually more like 900 yen!) A quality buy, I think I'm going to get more of this series.

I had orderd both vinyl records but after two weeks of waiting on my order I got a mail saying that one of them was sold out

Bought it for my mother on her birthday (tommorow). Most expensive gift I ever bought her at 170$.

Beleive it or not this is all I got from my visit to GameChoiceClub :-(

But one plus side........a shed load of XBox games (24) I picked up at 98p from GAME (uk game store gave me a healthy £100 trade in at Gamestation (another uk game store) :drool:
