Electric Blue DS with Mario Kart DS and Mario & Luigi. I originally wanted the red one or the silver one, but forgot to tell wich one to a good friend that got me both in the States. Im really loving the games, and I'm just waiting for some one to go again to the states to change the console, because it came with two dead pixels near the center :(

To the right - two dirt cheap GBA games, the Tales of the world game is actually really good, it plays very well, with a fully functioning Tales of battle system. Also enemies are limited per stage so no random fights, if you are a tales of fan - it is an utter must buy. All the TO heros are present to use at the same time, so you can make a custom party out of characters from different games. I have this going on my GBA tv player and it looks and sounds fantastic on a tv. (warning - more japanese than in the normal Tales RPGs - but probably playable)

To the left - the Dirge of Cerebus FFVII Cerebus box set. I am not a fan of these DIY limited editions, so to get the full set - you need the game, First print single (kinda small print and pointless as the songs are repeated on the OST!) and the first print OST. Then you have the full LE. Probably going to be a bit of a hassle to get the full set in the future - so I would buy the items while they are still in stock - particularly as the LE gackt single has sold out in a bunch of places.

Original Super Shinobi with all the unlicensed characters such as Godzilla and Batman.
    [IMG][IMG]

Full series of Bubblegum Crisis on DVD uncut (unlike the first crappy western DVD release with cut endings) with shit loads of extras such as music videos (All from the Hurricain Live series) original promo adds, art galleries and production notes as well as other great stuff. Got this set of yahoo Japan of all places fully factory sealed as well ! Just have to say that the English soundtrack on it is so bad. Not only does it blow the fantasy with EVERYONE having an American accent but the singling is laughably bad ! Needless to say I watch in Japan with subtitles (some parts are tricky to understand without them) Even has French subtitles as well.

Make sense now why I was pissed off finishing the game in its PAL release without seeing the Dragon (Godzilla), how much does a copy of this release goes for?

Hmm, hard to say because both this one and the one without unlicensed characters (skeleton Dinosaur and a homeless looking bat thing) has the same code as this one or so I believe. If people know they have the original with the unlicensed characters then they can charge a bit but normally it's about 1000 to 1500 yen. Unfortunately there's no way to check what version of the game it is without playing it or checking out the instructions which will be hard since the games are sealed.

    In the last two weeks...

    - Neo Geo CD w/2 Controllers (Top-Loader)
    - FM Towns Marty 1 w/o controller, but verified working
    - FM Towns Controller (from diff. source)
    - Galaxy Force II (Marty)
    - Viewpoint (Marty)

The FM Towns Marty I picked up looks like it could have been an in-store demo unit; it had a special large sticker (that looks like many of the in-store demo TVs and electronics that have those kinds of things) promoting some service. Also had a demo CD pictured inside the unit. I should have it in the next couple of weeks, so we'll see then. (I'd post a picture, but it appears the seller took it down and I never saved a copy.) As it didn't have a controller, I had to source one from another dealer in Japan who just happened to have an FM Towns pad that looks identical to the Marty pad, except it says "Fujitsu" where the Marty pad says, uh, "Marty".

I have no idea what you mean. These are 100% originals !! They even have sercurity tags inside plus real US DVD seals then sealed in factory sealing packing then the whole box set is shrink wrapped. Not fake at all.

I thought the treamcast came with an ascii pad? Oh well, must have been the normal non-widescreen version

    Recvd today
Sonic 1 (amazingly enough I didn't have this before, but have obviously played to death)
Alex Kidd in the enchanted castle
    Combat Cars Preview ROM.
    Fur Fighters White Label
Castlevania NES Classics for the GBA...Believe it or not I've never played a castlevania game, thought it would be best to start at the beginning

Nah, the normal one comes witha Treamcast pad that looks like the ASCII Pad  The oddthing is that the normal one and the wide screen version are the same price. I got the wide screen one since it will probably more sort after in the future due to the lower production run.

Three new buys today. First are two Saturn games. A re-release version of Street Fighter Zero but with the added extras (DASH version) that the original never had. Dash was originally only part of the Street Fighter Collection. Also the cover art is different than the original which is odd since the re-releases (SATKORE) normally have the same art with a white boarder. The other game is Capcom Generations 5 - Street Fighter II collection featuring Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II DASH and Street Fighter II Turbo.

The other buy today was an upscan converter. It is originally made for the PS2 and XBOX but can connect to anything ! I tried it with the Saturn (S-Video to VGA) but the monitor kept switch the image on and off. Could be something to do with the upscans power though since I was feeding it power from the PC's USB (should take 5 volts) It seemed to work great with the Mega Drive and Mega CD though. Better still it's switchable meaning I can connect a load of stuff together at the same time without swapping cables to the monitor.
