checkout steelbattalion.org theres still a good community on there.

best part is ill now have 2 of these controllers, so am going to set it up on syslink when it arrives

was a real bargain though, as the last one i sold went for £130, but that was a couple of years ago, but they still sell for around £80, so when i do sell it ill be quids in!

    Wow, why so cheap?
It's a neat setup....had one myself back when the game was first released but ended up selling it due to the huge amount of space it took up.
I sort of regret it now.

That was a bargain! I paid about £80 for my full set, including controller and box a while back. It almost killed me when I was putting it up into the attic. £7 is a fine outlay. Didn't see whether you mentioned the game or not? I played it but was rubbish - I think there are something like 70 buttons, controllers, sliders and doodahs on that thing.

Steel Battalion is one of my favorite games for the Xbox. The level of immersion it provides is unparralelled on any other console.

I bought that strange Japanese horror movie that ASSEMbler posted a clip of (The one where the piano eats the girl). All I can say is that this is one strange movie. So 70's in style with a story that at times makes no sense at all. Still, pretty entertaining. The DVD comes with extras such as 90 minutes worth of interviews with the director (apparently very famous according to the wife) and poster art, trailers etc.

oh yeah, in the early days of DVDs Japan would rape the ass off you as far as prices went. Video tapes were the same. I remember paying about 30 quid for a VHS movie back in 1997. These days DVDs cost about 2800 yen. Still expensive I think.

I never paid 6300 yen for that DVD of House though. Got mine factory sealed from Yahoo auctions :)

Makes me feel less ripped off paying $20 U.S. for a new dvd release.

Love the 32X so much I bought another one. :love2:

Well the original one I had, someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse, but it's taken me a while to find another boxed one, or at least a boxed one that didn't cost so much... :crying:

Also got Fantastic Pinball as I love the game but don't want to drag a Saturn everywhere, Puyo Puyo Sun Expert as to play in Japan, the normal version just isn't hard enough and Haunted Syankusyon a columns like game that has pieces coming down from each side of the screen but you move the playfield, hard to explain but quite a fun little game.
