Megadrive and Sonic 2 for free, and I'm about to go pick up a fully working 28" widescreen for free too. This freecycle thing is alright.

The next best thing about my deal that i just found out is that the headset also works on my computer.

They had alot of clearance items on sale in game but the socom game and headset was the best thing i could see.

I bought a Panasonic SC-HT930 1000W home theatre system.... for $50. Got it from the warehouse store where I work. Sounds absolutely stunning.... only bad part is the receiver does not have any optical inputs. Surround is then limited to anything the receiver can play internally (DVD, DVD-Audio, etc). Not the greatest for surround gaming, but I don't have the best positioning for my rear speakers anyways, so PL2 will have to do. Still, quite the steal.

I got... Super Smash Brothers, Diddy Kong Racing, and Conker's Bad Fur Day at GameCrazy for $10. Also got two copies of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Mario Bros. DX for $10 total. I sold four of the aforementioned six and took in $54 on eBay. I've profited $34 so far, so that counts for something!

GameCrazy is running a 3 games for $10 on all "classic plastic." Basically, anything pre-PS2 is eligible, meaning NES, Genesis, SNES, PS1, (Saturn), N64, Dreamcast.. Gameboy O and Color...

I'm going down there soon to pick up DDR PS1, Parappa PS1, and whatever else in order to resell on eBay for maximum dama--profit.

So guys, if you live in the U.S. (and possibly Canada.. might offer a similar deal), take advantage of this sweet deal. As far as I know, it's going on indefinitely.

Definitely do this. I was clearing out some computer parts my housemate left behind when he moved out - stuck them on freecycle and an awesome guy came to collect them. We chatted for an hour or so and then he offered me an original Space Invaders cab for free :icon_bigg

Just won a portable Philips CDI 370 on eBay for 10.00! As much as I've had to overpay for things on eBay in the past, maybe this is Karmas adjustment to balance.

1200 Magic the Gathering cards from a charity shop for £10...what's the big deal?

    They're all alpha/unlimited/3rd/4th edition....rare and worth quite a bit.

whan can i say, im a romantic at heart, and if your gonna do a 'grand' gesture (bad pun) may as well do something to remind her i love her eveyday that she cant miss (ok sappy crap over now)

any anyways, got it for free from freecycle! (had to paid £40 for a man with a van to pick it up for me tho)

and it now hardly looks anything like in the pic, have starte to sand it down, remove all the laquer, and start to restore it to its former glory
