Its been awhile since I last posted here, but I wanted to show some of my latest pick ups that I got for some really good deals so here it is ~

 

Some very nice games you have there, tknjin. Night Striker S and Bulk Slash are both classics.

Art of Fighting Anthology for the PS2 and more Japanese vinyl to add to the growing collection. This time the opening and closing music to the anime, Dominion. And no, it's not that song that shouts out "Tank Police, Feel the power that they got". No, this is the one that sings "Hot dance on cherry moon, fu, fu, fu"

 

Some more Playstation related stuff. One PS2 Midnight Black scph-50000, and a 40GB scph-20401.

 

Bought a PS2 Test DTL-30001 for $50 with cords and controller.

I got 4 DC games (Airstrike Delta, Slave Zero, NBA 2k, and Sega Rally 2) for about $20, and a free Web Browser 1.0 disc.

 

Thanks Yakumo, my saturn collection and pc engine collection is growing nicely . Also nice one on the ryuuko no Ken/Art of Fighting. It is a definite neo geo classic, and also I love the way that jpn Vinyls look, but I am afraid of getting into it because I would go to into it(aka obi only copies or I pass on them) lol

I got a free PAL N64 (GiG version) new in the box from a friend some years ago.
He told me his mother (she has a toys store) had some of them which she never sold in her warehouse and since he knew I liked collecting retro-gaming stuff he gave me one for free *-*

so alarm bells are ringing, i contact P.O. and they said the sender had VERY clear instructions to send to my address IN PERSON requiring a signature.

I picked up The Last Story brand new for the Wii for 5 euro. A supermarket was selling off a whole bunch of games cheap that didn't sell.

Currently watching the sale tickets to go on a pair of sealed Resi 4 PS2 Limited editions. As soon as they go on sale, I will buy them. One sealed, one to play!

 

Went to book off yesterday and snagged a really nice condition copy of Sparkster for Super Famicom for $35 boxed complete.

 

Last night at a small used electronics place about 10 miles from my house I scored a very clean working colecovision, a clean working atari 2600, and a pretty decent genesis 2, all with 2 controllers and a few games for $50 - The price wasnt ideal, I was just thrilled to find a shop with people actually repairing and selling old electronics near me.

 

Fantastic selection of new games! Have fun with TryRush, it will not disappoint.

 

took my son down to Manga Soko today (that place I video a lot) so he could buy a new Wii game. He ended up buying Donkey Kong Country Returns. We've been playing it this afternoon. Not a bad game really but quite tough in two player mode.

I said to myself that I wasn't going to buy anything but in a place that has thousands upon thousands of games it's hard not to leave empty handed

Ended up getting 5 7" records for 100yen ! Great deal. Game wise I got a DC joystick, Crazy Taxi and Tiny Toons Adventures for the SFC. Everything is in mint condition but best of all Crazy Taxi didn't cost me a penny since I had a 400 yen coupon for the store



Crazy Taxi has a sticker on it saying "キズ有り" which means the disc is scratched but 99% of the time the store just uses this sticker to sell off over stock cheap. As you can see the disc is 100% perfect.

 

One day Im going to have to pay you to pick me up a bunch of games, just crazy deals!

 

1000 yen for a DC stick?

 

Yep. That's not really cheap or expensive really. Seems to be the norm.

 

Still cheaper than U.S. rate which is at $40+.
