Oh its because it was unloading everything since the water broke something. its just the frame right before you see that screen with a still of the main character swimming. its nothing unusual you just never get to see it normally

Update: The seller of the fake prototype discs this thread was originally about has slowly but surely been paying me back. He still owes me a little bit, but he's almost made up for himself. And he has not sold any more fake discs.
