What does this image represent? I see it pretty often on some messageboards, but never really got the connotation behind it.
Just entered a relationship, everything seems really good. I wonder if this could be long-term, it certainly feels right to me and there are no second thoughts thus far. Usually I have second thoughts after about the first few times I talked to someone I date, but I ignore it because I think it's not so important, but it grows and grows until it turns into a big obstacle for me (i.e. stuff like her mentioning her ex's a bit too often). This time it doesn't feel this way, she's really sweet and easy going. I believe that I do not have second thoughts at all for a change. Everything happened really quick, but that's nothing new to me. I have yet to enter a relationship as a direct cause of casual dating over several weeks. I hope this isn't just a balloon that bursts after 2 weeks and I'll have to go on the hunt again.
That's good to hear, man. Good luck! I gave the girl I had been seeing a week and then I talked to her tonight. While it's definitely over, I was able to tell her exactly how I felt and that I didn't have any hard feelings and no regrets. Sometimes things just don't work out. That's life. She told me that she still loved me and I think I feel the same, but just going to go on with my life. Although it might be a little bit before I get into another relationship... I need to build back up my savings.... hahaha
Hahahah, mighty shitstorm man! She's still a nice girl, but turns out she's already been in a relationship when we hooked up. Long story short, I now told her how things are and that she has to decide between me and her current kind-of-boyfriend. I say kind of because it's apparently a polyamory relationship and she isn't quite happy with it (that's what she said). Her polyamony bf has another gf and this girl also has another bf. Talking about a messed up social life Well, for some people this might work, but I doubt that it does for most. She's got a week, I've already got a date with someone else though I learn the same lesson after every girl I date: Bitches be crazy, just move on as fast as possible!
I met that girl the other night who was a bit older than me and we talked for hours about all kinds of intimate things openly given the circumstance that we wouldn't see each other again after the morning rose. Very interesting.. and man, the world seems to consist of so many assholes and selfish bastards. She told me that 3 of her ex-boyfriends cheated on her with 3 of her (now ex) female best-friends, in a row! Sometimes they'd only cheat with him once to see if they could have what she has... what bitches. And the guys, what were they thinking? They help ruining a friendship, too... Sad that this is how the world is. Illusions are for dreamers and believers, better start accepting the truth, eh.
Hmm, sounds like a woman I know that does what those guys did. Anyhow, glad that bitch is out of my life. Currently this woman that I play counter-strike with sometimes has really opened up to me we talk on the phone nearly every week. She's a lot older than me, possibly 2-3 years older. To be honest I'd like a mature brained girl, of course she knows to joke around when the time is right. Only shitty thing is, she's in another state :/, I can wait, since I've been waiting since high school for a girlfriend. Of course I'm not really giving high hopes of a relationship from this friendship I have with her now. I'd be happy to be with her any day though :>
This thread is probably unintentionaly hilarious. All these youngsters trying to cling on to a girl as she agrees to go out with them. Some of you guys should date more (one of the things the internet was invented for) and date more then one girl, test the waters as such. Dating a single girl and hoping it will turn into a long term relationship is a bad idea, tell woman that you are dating in the hope of finding a relationship but you won't date one woman at a time or at least talk about it. I eersonally have a lot more fun and date a lot of younger woman then a lot of my married or divorced friends do.
I never hope for it to last as long relationship, as what ever relationship I get will be my first so.. I bound to fuck up.
Yeah, I'm 19, about to turn 20.. That isn't a lot older man, I generally only date women at least 3-5 years older than I am. Then again, I look older than I am, and I guess some women may like my mature realistic mindset about the world. I guess you could say I have a good head on my shoulders, just don't tell anyone about my plans for world domination -twitch- If you're ever state side and on the east coast, hit me up... Someone seriously needs to get you laid bro.. -puts on his purple hat with a feather- You're young though, so you shouldn't really worry about how stuff will work out in the future at the moment.. Just go with the flow, and enjoy getting blown. Also, am I the only one that is curious about what kind of action ASSEMbler gets? I've seen most of his Youtube videos so I've heard his voice, but you can't tell much about a person's appearance with their voice alone. I bet he's a sexy bish. The way he handles those obscure electronics in his videos just makes me all fuzzy :05.18-flustered:
Being 22, I feel addressed Dating several at once, that's what I do all the time, mate! It's just hard to get beyond the physical level and establish something like a relationship... dating a single girl and hoping (pushing it towards) that it results in a LTR is what I did when I was 18. Long gone... and I wouldn't recommend this 'strategy' either. It applies so much pressure to the process and never forget that girls want something that's hard to get
Voice and arms lead me to think otherwise, but I'm in no condition to judge. He's quite the worldly guy with enlightening views I tell you what.
