Resident Evil 1.5 - Playstation Museum Footage

Feel free to correct me here if I'm wrong but new footage on the cancelled sequel. I'd be tempted to assume that someone here had something to do with this.

I confess to some jealousy on them being able to play it.

I just hope it will get dumped one day. Best and most interesting prototype of all times in my opionion.

Well someboday has it. maybe more than one has it and iam sure they have fun that everybody want it, they have it but dont release it.
It is there good right to do so but it is not very smart

What i want to tell is that please take this carefully, if things are done seriously, people weill be able to make true a dream...

 

This Biohazard 1.5 - defanately one of the best gems in unreleased games. I am truly impressed that after so long time some how it saw daylight... It proves that it exists....

I would defanately trade all my rare stuff for that one...

and now in never by relased for public ;-(

 

Seeing how far this beta went into development kinda explains why it took capcom so many time to release RE2.

I only have 2 questions:

1-Why did capcom dump this and made RE2 instead?

2-Does anyone here really believes this beta is worth more than $10k?

 

There is a very complete, well documented, with many exclusive images and much deep investigation and comparisons called http://www.survivhor.com.

Unfortunately, because many english speaking webmasters stole his work, the webmaster of survivor stopped publishing the english version, there is now left only the french version.

Though, if you studied it a little in high school, you may understand the major points, discover many images, and will certainly appreciate the walkthrough of RE 1.5 he managed to compose using all the released images he's got. That's quite amaizing how he deduced and guessed how the game was supposed to happen (http://www.survivhor.com/RE1.5/AVENTURE/01/index.html) !

Survivhor.com is the best website about RE betas I ever readed (and it's even more cooler that it is in my mother tongue ^_^) and you can't find a better source about RE betas. Or you may have to dig and investigate yourself across many websites so.

But the PSM video is amazing, what a shame they keep everything for themselves... :-/ (though it's understandable for safety reasons, knowing they are very close from some producers)

With no new info/material on The Resident Evil 1.5...

 

It's great that someone has it. It gives hope too in that other beta's like Resident Evil 1.5 might be found one day (maybe N64 Dinosaur Planet or Dreamcast Castlevania. ^_^)
