I would have done the same this summer if my PS2 hadn't died. I still have to beat Skies of Arcadia, though, so that'll keep me busy before I get the PS2 back in working order. That and a bunch of Atari stuff.
Meh, it's been mentioned but it would be nice to cover Persona and Persona 2 Eternal Punishment for the Playstation. Also for the PS2 there is of course Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga Avatar Tuner. If the Japanese language isn't a barrier, hell I'd recommend starting from Megami Tensei on the Famicon, or the remake on the Super-fami though, etc.
Updated: 40/40 I'm done, aha HA ha haha... *cough*ahem* Now I just need to actually write the paper...
Is there anything left of your brain to actually write the paper? Did you get weird dreams? Did you have a hard time getting back to reality, like doing regular routine tasks and waiting for menus to come up, or waiting for your turn to walk? Man, do I miss that...
B-ra-ain...? Yes, I think there were some floating brains in 7th Saga. Cyan had a nasty dream sequence in FF6. Sometimes it was hard to get back to reality after an encephalon dive in Xenosaga....*twitch*
Sorry, rock bottom is a tie between X-2 and 11, at least until 12 comes out. I just want to know why the hell is Square so anxious to get rid of the combat system that everyone knows and loves (because if they didn't love it, they wouldn't buy the game). I like the combat in KOTOR, but I don't want that kind of combat in an FF game...
I guess you would like it if you liked MMORPGs... I thought of getting it, but Im sure there would be "Noobs-a-plenty", annoyin shit, and probably boring as hell. But, im just talking about experiences from other MMORPGs...
if there's dedicated servers for the ps2 version, then you can be sure you won't come across 10 year old kids' flamewars. and am i the only one that is scared about the augmentation of blond heroes in ff?
My problem is that FFXI shouldn't be part of the numbered series; it should have been called Final Fantasy Online. FFXII probably should be renamed Final Fantasy Adventure 2 in the same respect.
