Yeah I'm pretty sure there is no MSU-1 Chrono trigger. When I get my hands on the SD2SNES, I plan on learning to make a Mega Man X3 ROM with the anime cut scenes using the MSU-1
Chrono Trigger - Intro Enhancement Author: smkdan This adds the animated opening from the PSX version to the SNES version. It is seamlessly integrated with the game, and replaces the original opening sequence. http://byuu.org/21fx/software-projects
Well, Super RoadBlaster comes downloads as a file called "roadblaster.sfc.zip". If I leave the file extension .zip, sd2snes doesn't recognize it. Removing the .zip let's sd2snes recognize it but it does not play. I am unable to unzip it because it gives me some warning about a second file being needed...I don't remember exactly what. Honestly, I am more interested.in seeing these games work more than I am in actually playing them. ***update ok, I got the MSU1 games to work. I had to change the .wav files in the Super Mario Odyssey to .pcm files and had to re download Super Road Blaster. Not sure why 7zip was giving me the weird unzipping error about needing a second file.
I know they changed the MSU1 spec a couple of times (specifically the audio format), maybe these homebrew projects have not been updated to accomodate the changes?
Sorry if this was asked hundreds of times, but I can't seem to find any recent response. Is there any plan to have another batch of SD2SNES for sale at RetroGate and/or StoneAgeGamer? If so, are there any expectations regarding an estimated timeframe (I expect not, but just wondering if there are any inclinations)? Thanks.
Ofcourse there will be more. But there has been no estimate on when it will be. Right now they are busy producing more to fill all the orders made so far I think.
I Just put my order in. #2362. Thanks KRIKzz! EDIT: Since I live in Canada will I need to provide my own lithium battery or does the ban only apply to U.S. customers? Either way, I just wanted to confirm that the CR032 lithium battery is the correct one for SD2SNES. Is this accurate?
