It's s Saturn iso, so no, it won't work on a Mega-CD. Try Girigiri.

Use Satourne its easy to use and is the best Saturn emu

 

SSF is perfect for the Job.

i use kega fusion but dosnt work, tried others still no luck
edit: ssf worked for me like this even though its a proto

 

Just play on a Saturn That's what I do. If you don't have one, get one, it's worth it.

 

only have one sega console... sega megadrive

 

if you have nintendo wii and the hbc installed, you can use the Saturn emulater and the bios for Saturn is easy to find, but on the ver of the emulator i tried it has a low fps but its a bit playable the team is still active so new updates will come soon

On a Windows-Machine just use SSF and youre fine. Mostly all Saturn-Games are working perfectly with this Emulator.
