Aww come on people, donating plasma/blood/other bodily produced things is a great way to earn some quick, almost painless cash, AND it's for a good cause. Unless your not healthy, I think everyone should donate. You could be saving the lives of some poor mother with an exotic blood type thats rare in the area, or helping a victim recover. If anything, do it for the holiday spirit of giving, especially during this time of need and senseless violence.

 

Donating just for donating is a great cause. But donating for stuff like this, don't expect God to let you into his kingdom :smt043 .

 

I donate bi-monthly, but the cash is a good motivation for those too lazy to get off their behinds. Even if I didn't get paid, though, if I was passing by, I would donate, but currently the gas prices are so high I can't afford to drive 20 min out of the way without some sort of compensation.

 

You can only donate blood if you're 18. Which I'm not.

 

You also don't get paid for donations if you live in the UK.....I'm a regular blood donor so I know

And on the topic of giving blood, there happen to be those of us that pass out when needles get stuck in our arms...

I'd love to give blood if I didn't pass out, get lightheaded, or puke, but I'd much rather donate - I always had a problem with the idea of selling what could save someone's life

How much money do blood donations make?

 

On the back of my DC F355 Challenge box it says "Distributed by Acclaim Entertainment Ltd., Moreau House, 112-120 Brompton Rd., Knightsbridge, London SW3 1JJ". Which one of those would that be then, or is this yet another iteration?
