The Translation Thread

I have just been replaying a (incomplete) fan translation of Mizuiro. The main character used the term "heppoko" on a certain character, although it is easy to know by ingame context as the character is complete wuss/crybaby type..... What does "Heppoko" exactly mean? Is it a term specific to a an industry like in comedy routines?

Someone who isn't good at what he's doing, or the thing that sucks.
Eg. a heppoko actor or a heppoko doctor.

I'm hoping that someone can compose a short (3-4 sentence) letter in Japanese, and maybe a follow-up email or two of similar length should the need arise, as I am doing some research. It would be really helpful.

 

I tried to run Burai on my duo another day and the game stuck every time with the screen below. Can you tell me what is written there?

Probably something basic enough to make me feel like a noob. I even tried this game with arcade card with no sucess.

Hello everyone, I'm currently in Japan, my friend asked me to buy a gameboy game called "mazenko monster" for his collection.
Since my knowledge of japanese is very limited, I wrote it down on a piece of paper and showed it to a vendor in a videogame store.
