Resdent evil 1.5 Acclaim version of prune juiced for xbox System shock 2 for dreamcast Thief 2 for dreamcast.
1. Biohazard 1.5 2. Halo 2 Scrapt New Mombasa Project from E3 2003. 3. And if Mass Effect 3 gets a leaked build sooner than its release, (probably a year) then that too! LOL! xD
My Holy Grail would have to be Duke Nukem Forever  Other than that I wouldn't mind trying the following: Final Fantasy X (10) [PS2 - Proto / Beta] <-- had features not present in released version . . . Resident Evil 1.5 because of all the hype Area 51 [PS2 - Cancelled] Trigun: The Planet Gunsmoke [PS2 - Cancelled] Ambrosia Odyssey [PS2 - Cancelled] -Disjaukifa
Ura Zelda Sonic Xtreme (Ofer's PC stuff, all of it) RE 1.5 (Not that I care :U) A Sonic 1 Beta of any kind would rock, as well as Mario 64 Whatever Nintendo got done on Metroid Dread as well as the GBC or w/e version of Fusion...
Think that's the point Holy grail's for me are: Burning Rangers proto (An underated game - would love to see the multiplayer in action, and have the other members of the team playable with their voices activated, also different weapons and learn about the different huds) Sonic Xtreme (We've been lucky with what we've got so far, but the more the merrier) Panzer Dragoon (Loved the games as a kid, must have played through Saga so many times... but would love to see how the series started in proto form, with the green dragon etc.) Ecco 2 Dreamcast (I know rip attempts are being done as we speak - would love to be able to play it )
Being the huge Rockman/Mega Man fan I am obviously my choices come from there. Mega Man X - Back with the P health bar, "white city", etc. I'm really curious how else the development of the first SNES Mega Man game changed. Mega Man Legends - Early Rockman Neo builds would be amazing to see. This game changed the way it looks a few times throughout development. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giXvyHta3gc
More for my list of "holy grails": Police Academy on the NES, whatever may have existed for it. Anything that exists for the Rollercoaster Tycoon series. Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 was a GREAT game with a lousy developer who gave effectively zero support for it post-release and was openly hostile to modding the game (I should know because I was the guy who figured out large chunks of the data formats back in the day and produced the custom object creation tools for it) Whatever technical info, DSP code or other things are necessary to completly emulate Star Wars Arcade in MAME (including the John Williams music) Anything related to the EALayer3 MPEG compresion algorithim used in a number of titles Anything related to the EA flash-derived UI formats used in a number of titles.
My "grail" used to be a prototype of Fireteam Rogue, but now I have two prototypes of it, so that is pretty much done. I guess now it would be any unreleased Super FX prototype, namely FX Fighter, Comanche, and the supposedly in development Transformers: Generation 2.
Any kind of gameplay material of cancelled Highlander MMO Onimusha for original Playstation Too Human for original Playstation Cancelled Legacy of Kain game
Shenmue Saturn Super Mario World prototypes for possibly NES and SNES Sonic 1 Any one of those would be nice.
Geist Force, Black n' White - Dreamcast King of Fighters R3, Metal Slug 3rd Mission, Windjammers - Neo Geo Pocket Super Mario DD - N64DD
The early build of Sonic 1 with the welcome sign and the rolling ball. The Alpha build of Final Fantasy VII shown on the Perfect Guide disc included in the International version. Sonic Xtreme Saturn E3 version. Duke Nukem Forever circa '99.
