Normal people don't act like that, odds are they are smoking / injecting the rent money. Show up with some pals and take the doors off the hinges.

for deffs assembler, if you were to rent somewhere out you should almost definately ask for some type of reference. A lot of people here in the uk do credit checks on potential tennants too just to make sure they dont get low life like DaE has unfortunately got.

Take some pics and post them. That way we can see and if you need it you have evidence in court of how bad it is. Chances are they are druggies, good call on putting them out.

You could always remove the lower part of the window, most pop out for cleaning.

Smash the window.. They did the damage anyways.. they will pay for the damage one way or another... I have found.. Physically threatening them helps.. These are low like crooks.. Police won't give me background checks for invasion of privacy.. Although the guy who signed.. Isn't married to her, so one of them has signed falsely.. so I have reason to believe signing with a false name could get him prosecuted, as its a federal crime..

    The scammer always loses..
Sad part is, I will spend money on repairs.. The carpet needs replacing.. The place needs to be infumed.. She needs to grow up and know that you can scam once or twice.. But fuck off if you want to scam me..

Shockingly how everybody responds tbh, is there no legal way to get them out with a law suit?
Just to be sure, are we talking about obvious drug head junkies that are trying to rip you off or just poor people that lost their job in the crisis and are now unable to pay rent? I mean if it is that obvious they are junkies/crooks by appearance then how come you rented out the place to them in the first place? and how long have they been there? not trying to make you look bad but 2-3 weeks? usually such drastic measures are only needed after at least 2 months no pay.. don't get me wrong, I hate scamming pricks and low lifes but going down the same road by breaking stuff doesn't make you any better.
Eye or an eye law usually only works in countries stuck in the dark ages, I would guess Australia is far enought to have a decent, legal and humane way to get your right and money.

There, yes. Here, no. Sucks for renters too, actually. That's why it's such a bitch (and expensive) to get into a place. The renter is at your mercy if you become a dick.

You've got very high standards for the average Joe then.

Well the one who forged a false name on the contract will be prosecuted for a federal crime.. The kids going to be off to a foster care.. 1 Left.. That 1 will pay me... Their car is out (Her pride and joy) wait and see what happens then...

Jane & Steve.. Will keep details private till they are out... Then I will leak their life.. Public awareness IMO.. Drive them out of Perth.. One less wackjob.

Heh. One of my favourite quotes.

My parents rent out a house and they've had endless shit with just about every tenant. One guy (father of three, violent wife beater) decided he didn't want to pay the rent any more, and when my folks told him to get out he threatened to smash the place up. Had to have the police escort him off the premises, I think. The current lot called my dad out a few Christmas' ago because it was "too cold, the fire needs to be replaced with a better one". He gets there to find that 1/ the windows are open, 2/ the place is a furnace, and 3/ they're all wearing t-shirts and shorts. They're living on the dole and housing benefit, and somehow they're still months behind on the rent. Some people...

That's why you require month advance + deposit.
most crackheads won't have that much cash
    around.

<Shakes Head> Is it too much to ask that people not live in shit? I mean, is it that hard to clean up after yourselves so that the smell, bugs, etc don't infest your place?

Totally take these two momo's to the cleaners.

Dae, I suggest you remove all of these posts where you're essentially planning all this shit, it could come back to haunt you in the end. I also suggest you do not "leak their life," unless you want a nice big slander lawsuit on your hands. At the least, take steps to hide your identity.

Yeah in the US the law is different depending on which county you're in. There are places in Los Angeles where you can delay eviction for months, while elsewhere in California they can throw you out for no reason whatsoever, with less than 30 days notice.
