What to do with my Tenants?

My parents had the same problem during the 80s, it took them moths before they were able to take them out of the place, and even then, the family was unable to pay for damage, so my family had to pay everything they broke and they destroyed EVERYTHING. After reparing the apartment my dad was too tired of the whole situation, so he decided to sell it.

 

Going to court tomorrow.. Hopefully it all works out..
"And crime never pays in the real world"..
Going to court again in a weeks time for damages..
Will be going for 1/4 the houses cost.. $42,500 + overdue payments.

I hope you see at least a fraction of the money you are entitled to.

Update: She didn't turn up, so court was ruled in my favor.. She will be out this week when the sheriff is free.. Back to court in 3 weeks for damages.. Judge offered extra time If I couldn't get it repaired by then.. ( Judge seemed to see how much of a mess it was )

I have insurance.. So I will be getting insured on some/ most things..

 

As of today.. The tenants are out..
Was quite unexpected so I didn't exactly get footage.. =[...
Giving them now till tomorrow to clean up.. But the house is officially locked =]

Glad to hear they got daz boot. Did the cops have to drag them kicking and screaming? Were they even prepare to leave, or did they know it was coming?
