Which obscure Xbox release do you feel will become rare/valuable in the future?

Strange, I thought the Xbox was hated in Japan.

 

Perhaps, but browsing eBay for import Xbox games as well as other online retailers, it is quite amazing to see just how diverse the game library is. There are quite a few games out there for it.

Hehe well isn't Pokemon already pretty satanic, since it's not Christian already and not professing the gospel. So if we say that satanic is equal to not-Christian and Pokemon is not-Christian, we get a super satanic version of Pokemon.

Then again from your link and since Megami Tensei was out way before Pokemon, mayhaps we should say that Pokemon is a satanic-lite version of MegaTen.

Seriously though aside from Kazuma Kaneko's interesting style, the mythos of the Gods/Demons in SMT games looks pretty historically accurate, and the Judeo-Christian demons seems to be treated very well.

capcom lost the marvel license so marvel vs capcom 2 for xbox and ps2 was/is rare and expensive.

metal slug 3 isnt rare or expensive, yet. When it is in stock at www.gamefly.com it is $20. I got it for $5 at gamerush(trade in 3 get any used game for $5)

I don't get it. People say they see MvC2 for Xbox sealed at like FYE for $40 all the time, yet it's the rarer of the two. I wish they'd get off their ass and buy me one instead of talking about it all the time, lazy assholes.

 

Lol I got it for 40 bucks from walmart and didn't even want it that much. I tried to get PSO but I had to return it because I didn't know you need Live to play OFFLINE. Arggggg so I exchanged it for that. I never knew that game was rare, I guess I should keep mine in the good condition it's in.

and since I don't have LIVE at the moment it will stay that way...

 

about xbox live: you can just use the 2 month trial codes and if you cancel within 2 months, you dont pay anything

you can do this up to 10 times on one credit card(you still need to give them credit card info when you sign up but so long as you cancel before 2 months you are gold)

ive done this a few times, the reason why i dont want a 12 month subscription, well you can get burned out on it. so i will play it for 2 months, cancel, then a few months later use another 2 month trial code.

as for a future rare: i think guilty gear izuka may become rare, but ggx2#reload is better. tho it is good to see that izuka finally got a price drop to $20

i'd say any if not all LE 1st print JPN release will be rare... eventually... he he (unless they printed in couple of million copies)

Then there's Steel Battalion and Steel Battalion Line of Contact, already quite rare and expensive.

Other titles include: Panzer Dragoon Orta, Phantom Crash, Kung Fu Chaos and Gun Valkyrie. They aren't rare yet, and available for a very low price, but I can imagine them becoming more expensive over the years.

Hwy, speaking of rare Xbox games, is the *orignial* case of Halo 2 rarer than than the LE case? Where I live, LE Halo 2s are more common than the original.

 

Few games that will definatly have some value:

-Steel Battalion
-PSO for the Xbox
-Possibly Shenmue II (Although I own a copy, it is impossible to find it anywhere else in Clarksville used besdies the internet)
-Any game that was released in limited quanities and was a budget title
