I'm there dude!! (already have 800 points waiting).
FUCKING FINALLY! Oddly enough, SoTN was the main reason I rebought a 360. Guess i'll pick up a point card this weekend. Also, 800 points is pretty good for it; people were expecting well over 1000.
The PS version is technically superior from what I hear. I repeat that the Saturn pad is better suited for 2d games though
As Barc0de stated the PS version is better from a technical perspective, however the Saturn version has a few extra areas (not a whole lot) in it. -hl718
4 extra map screens and maria as a selectable character along with AWFUL slowdowns... this is what the saturn version sadly was
Which the designer admitted where total shite. http://www.gamesradar.com/us/psp/game/features/article.jsp?articleId=20070312121437520086&releaseId=2007020210261331098§ionId=1003&pageId=20070312122143458087
Most of the time extras are just crap. Resident Evil 4 for the PS2 had fanboys foaming over the fact it had extras over the cube version. Overall it is the bad version due to graphics, FMVs not being real time and the fact the Ada side story is obviously tacked on. MGS2:Substance PS2 over XBox had that lame skateboarding addon afaik. Been a long time since I've seen a port get any really good extras.
http://kotaku.com/gaming/castlevania/clip-castlevania-sotn-360-gameplay-245177.php looks nice. I am excited and also worried it will play like crap on the 360 (d-pad blows and I am not a fan of using the analog stick on digital games, ps3 is spoiling me by having the d-pad where it is).
Looks like a good conversion but from the video it would appear it is neither high res or widescreen?
Considering the game port is (oddly enough) by digital eclipse, I think thoes options are tucked away in the menu (no shots showed thies options in tmnt but they are there).
