    I was wondering if something is missing because the box has got an empty space at the top? I thought the description said to think of it as junk because the seller couldn't test it? I see lots of descriptions like that.

    Yeah they all add that. Sold as seen is the Ebay equivalent. Unlike Ebay yahoo stuff nearly always works. (some cheeky ebay buggers sell stuff they know as broken with the 'as seen' or 'untested' lingo)

    Maybe for the card to go in, or perhaps the phone cable which seems missing.

    sad to hear. you know how much the usually go for outside japan? thinking of buying one later on.. and as the shipping from japan + celga fees can make the price go up it could be good to compare against what they usualy go for outside japan. :)
