    No,no prototype/unreleased game
I haven't make the breakdown, but it seems a very good deal for somebody interested in it...Some games, like Sapphire,Dracula X or Renny Blaster are like 40000 yens each factory sealed, 20-30000 for games like Magical Chase or Bazare de Gozaru..
Akiyamajin is 200000 Yens alone, same can go for Power League Gold, Darius can be a good 80000...Shogi Data Base Giyuu with spine card goes for 40000..Add PC Engine LT,etc..

But nothing indicates that 1980000 Yens is his price...there can be a reserve and even if you bid on it, maybe he's not willing to sell for that low!
Maybe it's just hype,so he can sell the stuff separately later...

A lot of those games seem to have gone down in value though. Magical CHase, for one, I think would be surprising to get 20,000 yen sealed (wasn't there one on Yahoo Japan not long ago?). Even Darius Alpha seems to be going cheaper. There was one just a week or so ago, but I have deleted it.

The only sealed Akiyamajin I've seen recently is at Super Potato. THey're asking 400,000 yen for it, but stuff in their case is not really for sale.

For someone that really wants a nice sealed PC-Engine collection, this is a great way to get it all out of the way at once. Think how long it would take to find all that shit 1 by 1?

Yes,there was a Magical Chase Factory Sealed not so long ago,and it went for 30000 yens!
The Darius Alpha last week went "cheap" for 60000 or so,but didn't have the letter nor the glasses!
It would take years to get them 1 by 1..but it is the pleasure of collecting precisely, isn't it?

1st version wasn't it..it had a tear in the seal too!

2nd version with letter..very hard to get sealed.

Yeah that's the auction I remember. There's been a couple of sealed 1st run copies. As I said 2nd run sealed with letter is very htf now, more than 24600yen I'm sure (I paid 27000 about 18 months ago)

That's crazy. There's been a few the last few months, a couple without spine going for 11,000 or so!

Thibaut thinks they only made 1000 copies..what do you know about it Adol?

I really can't say anything about it...i don't believe in figures because i don't believe reliable sources could be found.
Some people like to think there is only 4 Kizuna Encounter Neo Geo AES English carts....since i've owned 3 different ones,i can't believe i'd have own 75 of the production only by myself...no?
Then again, i only believe in figures when they're "exposed" by manufacturer/producer.

    What the hell?
It's not even rare or anything right? Even I have a sealed PAL bangai-o (although some sticker marks on the plastic).

Well, not here in Sweden/Europe but not so common in Japan I guess;-) Meanwhile I suppose also japanese game collectors sometime take a look at ebay for prices on US/EU-games.

The Japanese Bangaio is far more rare than the PAL version believe it or not. Took my a year to track down mine and eventhen it set me back 3000 yen.

Many things are already down way further than they used to be. I think it's definitely gone down as far as it will go, for the most part. THe really rare stuff will likely go up. Akiba is definitely cheaper now (50% of in some cases) than it was 4-5 years ago.

From memory, you were told a lot of things in various feedbacks, and rightly so I might add, namely for bidding on auctions that blatantly said "I won't ship overseas" even in the product description. For that, I really can't give any sympathy. I even ran across an auction where the guy said, "I won't deal with foreigners, inside or outside of Japan, regardless of how good your Japanese was". I'm pretty sure it was someone you had jaded in an old auction, but that was quite some time ago.

EDIT: Wow... after some googling, I now realize you had your own 2ch warning thread. That's pretty impressive. You weren't very polite there either, and it was no secret you were scalping loads of the games on Ebay, so of course that didn't help. Could this have had bearing on any the comment above you were given?

Is that all true, Gaijin Punch? For F*cks sake Adol, do you know how much trouble you can cause for the likes of GaijinPunch and myself? Just as well I say I'm Japanese these days just in case I came across a seller that had been done over which I have done in the past. I remember basically having to plead with the guy over the phone to sell me the goods (Something I just had to own).

The thing is,there is a BIG difference between
"I won't ship internationally" and "i won't accept foreign bidders"
This is plainly different, and just racist.
In my case, when i bid, my japanese contact deals with the seller..so there is NO international shipping, and the seller DO NOT DEAL WITH FOREIGNER, but with a japanese person!
Then it is just stupidity and/or racism, whatever you say.

And i don't see the problem, back at the time (where i didn't have my japanese contact that's true) to buy stuff and sell on Ebay...now that there is TONS of japanese sellers doing the exact same thing, they're respectable? Because they're japanese, they're more respectable for doing that than foreigners? Big LOL.

That's just plain stupidity, i won't call a japanese guy a liar & scammer if he manages to sell on yahoo japan French wine bottles, and telling he's stealing french "patrimoine"...that's just how business works!

Those idiots managed to say i'm a scammer, when it is physically IMPOSSIBLE,since i always send money first: HOW CAN I SCAM SOMEONE that way?!
Just jealousy & racism from japanese BUYERS because they weren't happy a foreign guy won stuff over them...but since i was ready to pay more than them, what was the problem?
    This is how work auctions,no?

Now that Rinkya,Celga and other companies of that kind exist, there is no problem at all,but when a foreigner do the same thing with a japanese friend,it is not?

If you really think that way, do you know how F*CKING stupid you both are?

Because i BUY stuff in Japan, and pay for it, i cause TROUBLE?
Because i buy stuff that is for AUCTION? is it PROHIBITED TO BUY?
I didn't rob them, i PAID THEM, i BOUGHT THEM. Just like you do.

Do i have to slap a japanese guy making buys in paris wine & souvenirs shops, because "he steals french stuff to french customers"? just like those japanese guys were doing to me?
    No,i won't go THAT LOW.
For god's sake,i won't be able to look at myself in the mirror if i was thinking like those japanese sellers.

I just bought them for more money than other bidders were ready to pay,so basically,i just give MORE MONEY to japanese sellers.
    How bad that is!

    Pure jealousy,that's it.
