Custom Turbo Everdrive Shell

My V2 shells fit PCB V2.2 and V2.4. PCB 2.1 and 2.3 couldn't fit because PCB 2.1 uses a larger RAM chip and has more capacitors behind the miniSD slot whereas 2.3 has a capacitor right next to one the 74LVT162245B IC orientated in a direction that interferes with the clearance in the shell.

 

Sorry to bring up such an old thread. Got a TED 1.2 and need one of these cases but I want the TED to still fit into everything ok.
Turbo, PCE, Express, Laseractive PAC, etc..
Anyone have the ultra slim try it in all of these without issue? I'm more specifically wanting it to fit in the laseractive PAC. The card slot is t quite the same as the console systems.

 

I don't own a Laseractive PAC so I don't know how tall the opening is. With the low profile shell attached, TED 1.2 measures about 6.33mm thick more or less. The shell goes through polishing so there may be variance between parts.
