I'm w/ you Hawanja. I'm not excited about looking like a big dork, even if nobody can see me. Speaking of dorks... anyone think Reggie's a bit of a tool?

Damn, I would rather go for the GC adapter for the remote (the one from TGS) and what about those who want a genesis-like controller? it was waaay more ergonomic than the snes's.

I think the remote works as a Nes pad when used horizontaly.

Yep, I bet that artifact is the Ark.

Yeah, something about prancing around with an invisible bow and arrow in front of your tv is just odd.

When I first looked at that page I was thinking october 2006, and because pre-ordering a game over a year and a half before release is just kinda stupid. Although we all know gamestop will let people pre-order anything, even if it hasn't been officially announced yet.

I have been watching the Japanese coverage of events, check out

    http://impress.tv/im/article/ogm/

for a cute Japanese lady relaying the days events. + lots of other interesting stuff if you let it run to the next program. It is just quite interesting to see/hear a different perspective.

So does it slap onto the system or do you run a wire to it?

Either way, 'grats, Microsoft designers, you've made an unsexy box.

USB. I'd imagine it might also need its own power, or an "add on" power connector to the 360 too, as usb provides only 2.5W (5V and 500ma)

Is Super Paper Mario a GC title? the nintendo.co.jp url has it in its GC/ folder.

EDIT: Super Mario Galaxy looks great. Better than the other Wii titles to my eyes. But I hope there's more than galactic environmets in there.

Also , nintendo didn't make mention of the DVD-movie playback capabilities of the console. Does this mean it's scrapped? Very probable, considering that the spec sheets mention the Opera browser, but no word on DVD playback.

judging from the screenshot, it's the original N64 game, but oddly with DK-only characters (Tiny next to Diddy depicted)

It's going to be weird driving around without Banjo, Conker and Bumper. But since they can't release the original on the Wii's virtual console, this is best to nothing.

Super Paper Mario is a GC title -- so far, it's got me the most excited of anything we've seen thusfar.

You must mean sony has a patent infringing design they lost in court over.

I wouldn't be suprised if nintendo has a contact with with patent owner who won.

    I assume they are sarcastic?

On a side note, I missed nintendo's conference! Is there a place where i could find the whole event on a downloadable or streamable video? Or at least just the games? im searching for Mario on google by exemple, but find nothing.

So has Killzone II re-surfaced at this year's E3?
Remember all the hype that thing generated last year?

Gamespot.com has all the conferences up for DL (need to be a subscriber if you want the high def versions though). IGN and 1up also have them I hear.
