Let it die I need to see more of, Suda 51 is a mixed bag. I missed the Mortal Kombat X gameplay but just caught it on You Tube not too long ago. Those two new characters they showed off are weird looking. The Game does look awesome though can't wait to see more hopefully there are some new characters that...aren't so werid. Other Sony annoucments all over the Vita TV glad it's US bound but not MUST HAVE NOW. Destiny being timed PS4 exclusive will help them combat the Halo Collection sales. Nothing mindblowingly awesome though and I'm super bummed I missed the Mortal Kombat X demo live. I think if I saw it out of nowhere It would have made a larger impact.
Definitely wasn't expecting to see a PS4 version Grim Fandango, I'm going to buy that for sure! Project Cars is still looking awesome. I'm surprised they're bringing the Vita TV overseas considering it bombed harder than the Enola Gay in Japan... People were seriously expecting a new Shenmue to be announced? lol. Only the beta will be PS4 timed exclusive, the game itself will come out simultaneously on all platforms.
I'll get one it's cheaper than a vita and since I never go anywhere it's the best way to play Vita games. I just saw No Man's Sky, that game brought back the E3 Hype with in me. This is the game we've needed for the last 15 years creating new and unique worlds with the powerful hardware we have. Looking forward to the rest of E3 now.
All i can say is i'm glad i didn't bought a next gen console yet (specially with the prices in Brazil). PS: Why Grim Fandando is coming to PS4 and Vita, but not for PS3? Anyway, will watch Sony Latin America conference later tonight.
Same here. I don't have any interest in it whatsoever. - Even with a game I'm wanting to see so much of being Mirror's Edge, however I was told it was no gameplay so... BORING.
I'm more excited about the Indie games on PS4 than anything. Mutant Mudds and Retro City Rampage are the most fun I've had in a while and more old styled games like those are a selling point for any console that has them. That said I understand the Ouya has games like that out it's asshole. hmm.....
I forgot about the MKX preview. It didn't look that appealing and tbh I felt uncomfortable watching the x-ray scenes.
I LOVED Mortal Kombat 2011 so a proper sequel with new characters was something I was waiting for since I finished story mode. I'd be lying though if I said I didn't see a few things unsettling in the gameplay. Like Sub Zero's still beating heart falling into the hold Scorpion just made. That woman is just a weird character, But annoying kid voice aside that other new character gives me this Chang and Choi from KOF Vibe. Mortal Kombat 4 had some fatalities that I found troubling and the end of MK2011 did hint at a retelling of MK4 so it makes sense. I can't wait I was never a huge MK fan until MK2011 and this looks like a great expansion on that game. By the way Kojima you will rot in hell for getting this stuck in my head.
You all better buy Splatoon if you have a Wii U. We complain Nintendo doesn't have enough new IPs and they unveil something new and even I the guy that Hates Nintendo with a burning passion like what I saw. It reminds me of an N64 game.
Splatoon looks very fun. Why don't they use Twilight Princess style for the new zelda? I'm sick of this cartoony stuff.
They show this awesome Zelda Demo in 2012 and they can't make a game that looks anything like it. Shit like this is why I don't give Nintendo Money.Splatoon does have a bit of a Jet Set Radio vibe but in overall presentation it looks like one of those N64 games everybody loves, but nobody bought. There was something that bothered me at the begining of Nintendo's E3 presser I need to address. They did this Robot Chicken skit, and there was this guy in the front row who asked for Mother 3, and Reggie blasted him with a fire flower. That not only isn't funny, but that's basically Nintendo saying Hey vocal fans we don't care about your opinion or what you want. So if Nintendo doesn't care why should we? Especially when even Microsoft who I've been critical of lately went out of their way to thank the fans. Sony in their presser thanked the fans and asked for more of their input. Nintendo? DEMAND ANYTHING FROM US WE WILL LIGHT YOU ON FIRE. I swear Nintendo fans have battered wife syndrome or something. So far the stuff I'm most excited for are Mortal Kombat X, No Man's Sky, and Old School style indies on PS4. Lets see what Capcom and Sega brought to E3, becuase we all know Konami didn't bring anything that isn't MGSV,
Nintendo generally does the pro-hero/cartoony zelda first in each console they make. Then near the end they make the dark side Zelda. Like N64 it was Ocarina of Time (pro-hero) first, then Majoras Mask at the end. Gamecube it was Wind Waker (cartoony), then it was Twilight Princess at the end. Wii is the exception, but its probably because they just re-released Twilight Princess on it so there was no need for a dark Zelda.
Id imagine a white Xbox One will be released eventually, a retail version anyhow. I imagine there will be a Halo 5 version Xbox One in store since they've always had a Halo console for the game when its released.
There will for sure be one. Sony always makes color variations. The problem they have right now is supply constraints, so until those are fully solved the colored consoles won't come :/ Now that would be a cool!
Well, some guy got blasted for asking for Star Fox in one of the Robot Chicken sketches, yet the blurred out game Miyamoto was dicking around with at the end of the main Digital Event was Star Fox. Also, since Earthbound got a massive surge in popularity due to its WiiU rerelease, you never know what they truly have planned for Mother 3... I think the problem a lot of fans had with the graphic style of TP, other than being washed out in terms of color, is that it looked like anything but a Zelda game (some of the character designs reminded me a bit of Final Fantasy and some of the enemy/boss designs reminded me of Metroid). Personally, I wouldn't have a problem if Nintendo gave a dark/unsaturated Zelda atmosphere another shot, but only if they made it look more like it actually belongs in the Zelda series. Besides, if anything ZeldaU so far looks far less cartoony than Skyward Sword (or at least less pastel-colored and more detailed).
