EBay scammer and Assemblergames member BEWARE!

Everyone on here knows that I will send the item. But it isn't going anywhere until I receive the money.

Please stop playing the victim card. When all you had to do was send proof of tracking to avoid this whole mess and just general communication, you should of known better (I wouldn't of 'did what I did' if you did what you should of). I did everything correctly my end, instant payment etc.

 

I don't want to make things worse than they already went between you two, but I think the right thing to do Joe is to pay the man, you did get the game, that's what a normal human being would do, when you see a game in ebay, you pay for it, wait until you get it, deal done. Since you got the game...I say pay the man, no extra postage problems, no waiting time for anyone, you keep the game, he gets the money, it takes a minute.

Why wouldn't you want the game, you paid for it at first, right? Honor, pride, not wanting to be the one proven wrong, etc , those things don't matter, both of you did some wrong things, settle it like adults. If mods want to erase this, it's ok from me. Just wanted to say a final piece of my mind.

 

Im so angry that I have been made out to be the bad guy and to be totally honest with you I dont want this item as it has left a real bad taste in my mouth. Like I said my name is worth a lot to me, so as I have said to the guy, I give my word that it will be sent straight away as soon as he pays for the postage.
If I dont send he will start whingeing on here again surely?. I do not want to get banned so it is in my best interest to send back.

 

The thing is ,just like many people in this world, you want everything your way. You want your game, you want your money, you want your shipping paid for a return you are OBLIGED TO MAKE. You want your reputation intact, you want f***ing everything.
Just to prove to the community that you are not what i am describing, a selfcentered man with no hesitation to keep games you didn't pay for, ship the game, post the shipping receipt and i will pay for the shipping.
You can't be "holding the game hostage" till you receive the money in order to ship it back. This is not how things work.
You kept both my game and my money.
I even gave you 2 alternatives. Give me the money back or ship the game and once i get the receipt i will refund you the postage. So please stop being a baby and pick one of the 2 totally reasonable options i gave you.

 

Imagine if you were missing 150€ in your ebay account and with debt. I'd become the Incredible Hulk if that happened to me.

I don't think anyone wants to ban you as long as this has an happy ending. If this happened to me, I'd prefer the money and no more hassles.

That's why I said the pride comment up there, methinks you are putting too much pride in this, this is how I'm seeing things - he sent the game with tracking code, he goofed a bit, not responding, etc, but the fact is you got your game; in the other side, you, got the game and after everything instead of paying, you want to send the game back, it's fair, but the seller still loses money in postage fees and it takes up to 15 days for it to arrive - when everything can be settled with paying in paypal in a minute. I think you sending the game like that is a good outcome but paying is a much honest way to do it. I bet most people who read this agree with me, all of them would agree if this happened to them.

 

I dont really give a shit about him to be honest. I care about my reputation more, that he has ruined now because of his actions in the first place.

Like I said im honest and he will get the money or game without any issues. I do want it my way yes because he was the first issue behind all of this.

That's where the problem lies.

 

I don't understand why you are trying to wind up the person who has your game and his money back, after ebay already sided with him. Your only chance to get it back is his word and character.

 

That and keeping the money when you should have returned it to him the moment you got the game, sorry to keep opening this old can of worms again but even you have to admit you were wrong for doing that and it still doesn't change the fact that MoBoRoS still has a -€150 debt to paypal and ebay because of it.

Sounds pretty fair IMO, would you be fine with gooner962's shipping proposal MoBoRoS where you pay him the shipping as soon as he sends you the pics and shipping info?

 

Im totally fine with that, it was my proposal after all. I loaded my prepaid 2 hours ago with the necessary funds so i can pay for the shipping. After i receive the game i will post an unboxing video here in order to clear gooner's name.

 

I guess that's fair. I don't think your reputation is ruined... though if this happened to me, as soon as I recieved the game, I'd be: "Got the game, buddy, sorry for all the hassle, will pay and will speak to ebay in order to remove the negative feedback". I'd pay back, period. I wait 30 days after people send the items before doing anything else, postage offices fail, everyone is human. I even had one time an Italian seller telling me it would take 14 days before I got a tracking code, cause that's how his post did things. I was like, "ehhhh, this doesn't seem true, but he's a 99.9% feedback seller, why not wait 14 days?". I got the tracking code 14 days later.

Here's what he saw: sold something (let's include all his goofs in this too, sent a tracking code late), went to ebay, BAM, someone filed a report against him, lost his money and game, ebay sh** on him, no way of recovering his money.

I would have done the same thing as him - to be honest I'd go nuclear war if this happened to me, if you did this to me I'd take a week off of my vacations to bring this to all gaming sites out there.

Tbh I don't think people care too much about reputations these days, everyone sells games on ebay, a lot of people scalp site infos on game to make some bucks, retrogaming nowadays is 50% profit to some people, which is sad.

I hope this ends well, a community doesn't need these types of threds.

 

I have sent it back to him guys and sent all relevant tracking info with pictures attached. I am now waiting for the funds for the postage

@Cristiano why would I apoligize to him!!!! I had to wait well beyond the date of expected delivery!. He didnt give me tracking until after ebay had closed the case in my favor. If he had given it before they wouldnt of closed it in my favor surely????.
