    so you're 22skido?

in what way ws he that hard to deal with? i was planning on bidding on that dev kit that he relisted.

i contacted him via email and he said that the winner simply didn't pay. what makes you think that he doesn't have one? it seemed fishy though when i asked him to use escrow (multiple times) and he refused

i did...2 days ago. never got an answer on that email. and when i asked him today and talked about the non-paying bidder's suspicions, he answered within minutes and bitched and said to "stop waisting his time". i sent him a response saying that i'm on his side :smt082 but still asked for the pic. i'll see what he has to say if anything.

@PS-Extreme: they usually go for USD$800-$1000 but you can always find some a bit cheaper

A couple off things. One originaly he said he took pay pal payments but after I paid, via credit card, he changed it to bank transfers only and declined payment. I tried again to pay with bank transfer but his account would not allow that. I know from experince that if your pay pal account does not allow bank transfers you do not have a bank account linked to it. By this point we were 8 days after auction. He than was demanding payment within 2 days or he would list me as a NPB. OK fine, we will do a check, so I had to go back in to get the address at this point he removed his phone number. After that and another email from him generally telling me to go to hell after I asked him not to relist it and to give my check a couple of days to arrive I sayed forget the auction. I may be wrong but the communication or lack of it and the removing of information and just the general feel for the complete transaction leaves me in doubt. Another point in our transactons I told him I was on a number of game boards and this time on his auction he has user ids kept secret.. makes me wonder

Anywys, As you can see from my feedback I buy a lot of items and this one leaves me feeling just like when I was ripped off 2 years ago on a marx set. It took ebay, police and a federal investigation into ebay fraud to to get the guy arrested. Anyways just how I felt take it as you see it.

Waisting his time. that seems to be his MO. You would think as a customer you should be treated better.

on dvt-4's you are rigt on the price but if you have paitence you can find them for 600. The DVT-3 usually are about 200 less.
