What's behind the door? One or two rooms? Do those hint tiles on the walls work?

 

Since the Tia bug is fixed try to play the game as normal as possible so it prevents you having to restart so many times.

 

Look video you will see. 2 rooms:
one with 2 guys and one with a chest.
only when i speak and fight with these 2 guys i can have a speak with my party members.

 

What also could be possible is that your partners aren't in right order and so also freezes the game.

 

- Grab the sword from the chest and return to the castle?

Perhaps find out which Ev flag is for if you defeated the bosses for real or not?

Returned to castle but nothing!

 

Normally, you have to fight both bosses once. Then the party notices that something is odd and Selan remembers a monster that is actually two monster and only dies if both dies at the same time. They then decide to fight both at the same time. So you reenter the room and move to the middle, they then split and fight both bosses. Afterwards, the doors opens and you can enter the room normally.

 

Maybe the programmers just haven't finished the script to make the party split up there, since that's when the proto resets the game instead.

Does that "Undefined boxnum" also show up with the chest behind the boss?
If so that means they haven't assigned a treasure to that chest yet.

In the final version there is some green tea for sale instead. (Which does totally nothing)
I don't know if they were planning anything special with that tea, but it was added into the game because the Neverland staff was addicted to tea at the time. (http://www.lufiaworld.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1392446)
