EDIT: I returned the ED64 and it works with StoneAgeGamer's N64, supposedly my N64 motherboard is just unfortunately not compatible. They are going to replace my damaged insert and sell me a compatible N64 system. Very please with the customer service, thanks! Hi, I purchased an NTSC ED64 and got it in the mail today. I dropped a few ROMs into the main SD card area (alongside the ED64 folder) and turned the system on but nothing happens on screen. My other game carts load up fine. I moved the SD card contents to a new SD card and tried again, still nothing on screen. The lights inside the ED64 cart light up just fine. I'm using a 3rd party Expansion Pak but I have no idea if that could be the problem: http://www.lukiegames.com/thumbnail...sories/N64_ram_expander.jpg&maxx=300&maxy=300 On another note, there is a good bit of water-damage to the game case's paper art insert which seems really strange. The insert is warped and damp on the bottom half. This isn't a huge deal to me, I don't need a replacement just for that but it may have a connection with why the cart is not working although the contents inside the case are all dry and fine. The box everything was shipped in is dry as a bone. I ordered it from Stoneagegamer.com Pics:
1) cart cic coincide with region of your system? 2) can you see something on the screen if sd slot is empty?
Hmmm that water damage doesn't make a lot of sense. If you get your cart working e-mail us for replacement insert. Obviously if you can't get your cart working e-mail us as well for replacement or refund.
1. I'm not sure what you mean by cic, I do have an NTSC system and I ordered a NTSC ED64. 2. No, nothing appears without SD card inserted as well. The only thing that is wet is the paper insert for the case. Everything else seems dry without any warping/rippling. I agree it makes little sense to me other than it was wet before it was put into the box for shipping.
Damn, and I waited weeks for this because it was back-ordered . If I email stoneagegamer.com about my issue will I be able to get a replacement quickly? I shouldn't have to wait another couple weeks before another is shipped right?
It was not wet before it was packaged. Please contact us at returns@stoneagegamer.com and we will setup a return for replacement or refund. We do have NA-NTSC board here to swap it out with.

Hey, I got my Everdrive64 Deluxe (PAL) from Stone Age Gamer yesterday. I can’t get it to work, all I get is a black screen. I don’t think its the console because I’ve tested 16 other games with it, and that worked fine. I’ve tested different SD cards with FAT32 formatting but the result is all the same. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
wel, black screen it's a black screen. if it is not a cic problem, then need to send cart back for check/replace/repair
try with another sd card or try with the same card formatted with panasonic sd formatter. Maybe, you have a viruses in your system and the sd is corrupted. Try this first and tell us the results. pd: what a weird pad!
Stone Age Gamer does not test/fix PAL cartridges, they said I needed to send it to the board creator in Ukraine for replacement. So I guess I have to send it to you then
I read in the topic of elotrolado.net that the service of this guy is excellent, so, this is because i buy this item. Good price, good service. honorable guy!!!
Yeah, that's a Hori Mini Pad controller, I got four of those. Very nice pads with good joystick, recommend it!
