No they aren't compatible. No there will not be a AES/MVS flash cart. You can buy those MVS pirate multi-carts however.
Excellent. I ordered one and at the time of this writing there is still stock for anyone looking to get one. Update: Still in stock today Oct 11th about 3pm Eastern US Time. Ordered another one for someone else. Seems like a good time for those that couldn't get an order in earlier to get their ED64.
DARN IT YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL:lol: :lolID that help LOL:lol: I do not think this will help you stone age but i hope it does. i can only hope.
N64 Animal Forest (Dōbutsu no Mori) problem with clock Hi I know that Everdrive 64 does not have built in clock and that's why Animal Forest hangs after setting the time. Still I want to ask if there is any way to play this game with ED 64 ? Any hacked rom that allows to play with backup devices? I have tried with english translation. Cheers, Jocu ps. thanks to krikzz for fixing my ED 64, great to know that we have support!
I finally got mine from retrogate. After some time, got it working perfect! Thanks, KRIKzz, for another great product!
n64 firm and OS update. OS: fixed losts of eeprom16 saves firm: fixed boot/reboot hangs which may appear on some carts
for the lazy ones, direct links: http://krikzz.com/pub/support/index.php?dir=ed64/os-bin/ http://krikzz.com/pub/support/index.php?dir=ed64/firmware/ thanks.
Does os 1.12 fix the problem with DK 64 (http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34506) ?
probably yes. at least now i can load save file, which was downloaded from internet, and play few times. not tested more. old os always lose dk saves after power off
Krizz any chance in the future you will fix everdrive 64 to support "seta's" version of tetris 64? Every rom of it I try just loads a white screen with corrupted graphics this freezes until I hit reset. And all of them work fine in emus.
probably yes, if it can work on real hardware. keep in mind that results of test by emulators, it is a almost nothing. first of all try to check if check sum is correct, otherwise rom will not work on real hardware. ucon64 can check and fix check sum
The ED64 wasn't working with my crappy beat-up N64 so I got a different control deck and it's working perfectly. Stone Age Gamer's support is great. Here's me demonstrating Ocarina of Time Master Quest, an Ocarina of Time hack, and the Nacho 64 tech demo on teh ED64: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtOyZODDK4E&feature=channel_video_title
