Thank you very much for making such a great product KRIKzz. I've had one for a little over 3 weeks now, and I must say I'm very impressed. Sure beats my old Mr. Backup Z64 for sure. A few things I would like to see added in the future would be Gameshark code support and a built in memory card manager/backup utility (ala the old DexDrive). Are either of these features planned, or possible?

Game compatibly has been really high. Keeping that in mind though, I did want to note a few non-working roms I've come across (besides the obvious Banjo Tooie). This is using OS v1.12 and FW v1.12:

Jet Force Gemini (Dextrose patched version)
Worked fine with OS v1.11 but crashes at start up with OS v1.12.

    Tetris 64 (Japan)
Just as sayin999 noted. Loads to a white screen with corrupted graphics and does nothing.

    WWF No Mercy
Loads to a black screen and does nothing.

Also wanted to say thanks to Stone Age Gamer for their awesome Deluxe edition. Just as with the Deluxe Everdrive-MD, you guys always do a great job.

If I may make a suggestion: Have you thought about dropping the file extensions from the ED64 selection menu? The ".z64, .N64, .V64" at the end of the ROM names is a little ugly.

Sorry to hear that. Just curious, did you order it board only, or in a case?

Board only. I tested it with a NTSC and a PAL CIC chip. One of the memory chips heated up like crazy which Krikzz informed me that this is not correct behaviour.
I have a ED Snes and EDMD and really love the products. Just unlucky I guess.
Krikzz mentioned he would also firmware update the card to the latest firmware. By the looks of it there will be a couple firmware revisions before he will even receive it. ;-)

Worries that it could get damaged in shipping was part of why I ordered it with a case.

Played with my EverDrive 64 I got today. Seems just as excellent as the EverDrive MD cart. Looking forward to a controller memory pak manager in a new OS.

Wow USD32 for shipping a barebone PCB to Germany... thats pretty steep.

Germany is unfortunately an exception. German customs is so terrible that we stopped shipping to them First Class, so Priority is only option for Germany.

If you want us to ship it First Class we can, but we can't guarantee how long it will take to get there. You can e-mail us at support{at}stoneagegamer{dot}com if you are interested and we can setup order from there.

Why not just send them in padded envelope as normal letter via airmail? Thats what the competitor does and he's doing it for free or for USD 5 maximum.

German customs is a really terrible thing. some airmail packages may come fast, but usually need around 30-40 days for shipping to Germany. but if i used EMS, for example, then package comes to Germany in 7 days

Yeah, but I do not care about some extra days. I mean, we waited so long for a good solution, thats why i'm not worried about some additionaly shipping days.

Btw KRIKzz: just saw, that you have updated the Everdrive64 PCB to v2.0. Any major differances to the previously v1.1?
