F/S Dreamcast Internal SD Mod

Which build of Dreamshell are you using?

 

Also, reversed the LED and it blinks a few times during the startup process for Dreamshell, i take thats a good sign. Just need to get a compatible SD card at this point it looks like, any recommendations of SD cards that are working?

Doesnt work. Same LED behavior. Can anyone weigh in here?



This is what happens with every SD card I use, FAT/FAT32. LED behavior is the same.

 

Well, what file did you put on the card? I might try to read what's on it and just can't find the files?
I use Dreamshell 4 RC 3 I believe.

 

Just tested RC3, with the DS folder on the root, and then the contents of the DS folder on the root. The LED stays lit for about 2 seconds and then goes out. It shows the Dreamshell splash screen and then fades to a black screen. I let it sit at the black screen for about 3 minutes. Nothing happened.

 

Got pictures of the install? and have you tested continuity to be sure no pins are bridged?

 

hi do you still have this for cale, I damaged mine while installing the bios (stupid idiot ) and I need new one
