My dev kit also give me an blank page on debug settings, I think you need to sync between the dev kit and pc
Yes a network adapter was used, no success. Trust me, I went though a ton of methods to make it connect, but it's just not possible
I had one guy tell me it worked on his PTEL so IDK maybe all that really needs doing is disconnecting the battery.
for now my ps vita test kit has expired and I can not help it. to activate it I need a testing kit activation. the trick battery does not work i tried but nothing: cannot check expiration date. please set date via internet.help me
I hope to find a way to reactivate the PS Vita testing kits with this cable is my only hope link PS Vita Ethernet Adapter 2 Version Testing Kit Limited (this is ad expired bought from me):http://www.ebay.it/itm/PS-Vita-Ethe...113956?hash=item1c77bf5c24:g:fMcAAOSwux5YT~S2
Again, if you read the thread you'd know that the Ethernet adapter for a test kit will not help There is no way to connect a test kit to a PC for neighborhood. Seriously, there IS NO WAY. The system does not have the hardware that allows it to communicate with the PC
Sorry for the slight off-topic: Are those Ethernet adapters original? (ie. official Sony products) It seems weird there's no mention of "Sony" in them, as well as the model not starting with DTL or PDEL or similar. Also, I've seen 2 different models on eBay, one with the legend "Testing Kit limited", the other one with the legend "Development TooL limited" (sic). Any ideas if there's any difference between them?
One works on Test kits while the other on Dev kits, The Dev ones don't have the second port the Test ones do but other then that IDK but I assume they are not interchangeable. As for if they are official well the kits themselves have a USB Ethernet option and these adapters will not even run their LED's unless on a kit so I assume they are. EDIT: I should also mention I have seen at least 3 slightly different versions of the dev one, while they are mostly the same the sticker on them is a bit different and I think the case was also slightly different but im not sure on that one.
There is also a Sample one which was probably provided for prototype testkits and devkits, as well as lack the PS logo on the port.
you want to tell me that my ps vita test kit is to be thrown in bin in the meantime I can not activate it just possible that there is no way to activate it back on gamescom 2015 had made him link:
i understand i will wait a future method via software even in testing kits I wanted a dev kit max price 220 € expired anyone sells the ps vita dev kit contacts me
Guys the timing via internet is picked by a specific DNS server...what about making a custom DNS clock server with an older date set to it? Change the DNS to the custom one , remove the "cmos clock battery" and do a reset. This might work only hopefully if the vita hasnt lost its previous licence.
In my ps vita testing kit when they are in show mode when I use the battery trick he gives me 1/1/2011 instead when in normal mode He gives me 01/01/2015 look
