It's indeed a nice place for riding mountain bikes and rock climbing. It's in the north, in the limit between Santander, Palencia and Burgos provinces. There's only two things of that area I hate, people with motocross bikes (too noisy for a village with an average population of 15) and the way wildlife tends to cross my way when I'm driving the car (I love animals but when I'm on the car I find them everywhere). At least I haven't found any wolves or wild boars yet.
We have wild boars here where I live. You don't see them often mind you. The last one I saw was 1 year ago. I did see a snake last week though by my car. Yakumo
YOu guys live in some awesome places Those nashville pics are excellent! I live in Wood Green London http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=48504&l=1e2fd&id=691380331 take a look ... i wont post pics of london general thats cheating hehe
Plenty of harmless snakes here too. The only dangerous one is the viper but it's not very common (never seen one myself). Well, I wouldn't mind any nice pics from London. I haven't been to many places and I really enjoyed being in Paris this summer but if I had to choose a place to live outside Spain I'd go for London without doubt. I have to check if there's a "travel thread" as it'd be interesting, having people from all over the world.
Fun fact: No snakes in Hawaii... at all (besides one or two in the zoo). You will get your ass kicked if you try to bring one in.
Here are a few more from my house and my neighbourhood. This is from the corner of my house. You can see it's damn full of trees, there's a huge park a few blocks away from home. The entrance of my house: A closer look: This is my college (or at least what it fits in a photo) Sorry for the crappy pics, I took most of them with my phone:shrug:
Ly-Colizer, do you live in a ghost town or something  What time did you take those shots? Yakumo
nope its not a ghost town nor chernobyl, its a typical swedish suburb i have this shot of me a few years back (yeah i had black hair then), this is the very center of Gothemburg which is usually quite buissy, i just happened to be there on a zombie afternoon
Here's a view from the top floor of my dorm... oh wait... that's just another Halo 3 screenshot... my bad...
My town is pretty uninteresting, so I'm going to show a few different places. This would be a creek next to my house: After a run through Photoshop: Greenville, NC (East Carolina University campus) Small trail I always used to smoke weed on, up until midway through the semester when I heard of people getting busted down there. Coming out of the trail This would be where I'm moving to in January, and I am beyond excited: Boone, NC This is the Appalachian State University stadium. Unfortunately this is one of the better pictures I took of the campus, but it was raining at the time and I didn't feel like ruining my only camera. Road shots of the mountains Hopefully I'll get a chance to go back up there before New Years. I want to visit for the sake of visiting, and hopefully to pick up a few things as well.
The population of Boone doubles when school is in session. It's a pretty small town. Greenville, on the other hand... I probably took those late afternoon, when everyone was either studying or pre-gaming, depending on what day it was. Filthy city with a bunch of undesirable folk. It was pretty cool being able to pee wherever I wanted to, though. The whole city is like a giant urinal.
some more pics of my parents place.. i love it there, so tranquil. ed; its on the westcoast by falkenberg i anyone was wondering. id say this is proboably the exact opposite of the stuff yakumo is posting too hehe ;D
