haha..yeah i am. Its an urban legend. Fine mostly unless u are those hardcore litterbug.. Fine and you have to do corrective work order.. wear those luminous vest n u go out the public parks or beaches to pick litter...
yes it is.. because some jokers spits all ard and some paste on the subway doors.. causing delays.. but well we buy them back n chew from else where.. You all visited Singapore?
I had a buddy in college from Singapore. He was a strange guy (I'm not saying this is typical of people from Singapore), but he had some interesting stories about it.
Interesting you guys brought up Singapore. Just got back from a 6-day trip there. Definitely loved the Hawkers centres and dinning on S$2.00 Hainanese Chicken Rice. Tzeman, does it rain almost every day in Singapore(lol)? When we were there, it rained every day for around 10-20 minutes. Luckily, it happened 5 minutes after we got off the Singapore Flyer and 10 minutes after the trip to the Botanical Gardens. Anyways, to get back on topic, some beers I enjoyed while in Singapore were Chang(Thai beer) and, as mentioned above, Tiger. Had a Royal Challenge (Indian beer), but didn't like it at all--not one of my recommendations.
everyone from elsewhere love the hawker centre n the food. Dirt Cheap n nice. I heard there aint many places that have such outlets like these. Think its the monsoon season. The last few weeks we get heavy rain. Nt everyday though.. U should have visit the Tiger Beer factory. Nice place.. free flow beer! haha Glad u enjoy ur time here man!
I love me some Trappist beer. Chimay and Westmalle come off the top of my head that I can get here locally at least. If your a fan of dark beers and haven't had them before you need to.
Now here's something fucked up. I was out with a friend the other day and she ordered a Duff. Apparently, it's made in my city. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duff_Beer
It has been ages since we all talked beer. I've been picking up 22oz Sapporo cans every few days to keep me company while I study. I can't tell if I love these cans, they're super thick and a fun shape which is interesting, but when you get down to under 1/4 left, it's hard to tell how much beer is there. Tuesday I brought a 6-pack of Tsing Tao to our weekly Battlestar Galactica viewing. Hadn't had it in probably a year, it was a refreshing change from some of the stuff I'd been trying. The lady seemed to enjoy it. Come to think of it, I had Becks: Dark a couple weeks before. We all agreed it tasted exactly like Becks, but... dark. Hah! Tonight after practice I got a big can of Fosters Lager. Gonna crack it open shortly as I finish studying and commence watching more Dr. Katz.
I went to a Budweiser factory a few weeks ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeIQkmzWBM4 If there's a brewery near you I recommend taking the free tour. They give you free beer! I tried the Bud Light Wheat and was good. And Stella Artois... it was okay. I can't wait to get a crappy job so I can get a minifridge in my room and start buying beer again.
Duff was also produced as a promotional beer throughout many select (popular) cities in the USA for a very short time. My mom still has a 6 pack of it somewhere! So awesome! Now all we need is Duffman! "OH YEAH!" Yo Graciano, was this the Factory pretty close to LA? It has like a Tommy's burger right next to it if it is. This place in 15 mins from my pad, I would tour if I weren't too young.
