Lol capcom get worse as the weeks go on, they seem to enjoy crapping on their fans. First the announce that they wont localize Gyakuten kenji 2 in the west even though the entire series has sold pretty well & has legions of fans. Then the fiasco with the non deletable save on resident evil & now megaman legends cancelled. Capcom lol more like They seem quite happy to churn out endless shitfighter games & rehashes of resident evil though.

It's a crap beaten to death series, i never liked it back when it was sf2 let alone the versions they pump out now. Unfortunately i have a copy in my collection as i bought tatsunoko vs capcom, now if only they could have just had the tatsunoko characters & stripped out the sf crap.
Street fighter isn't that bad or at least it was a fantastic series. Saying that, I did think the last 2 games where complete turd. For me, Street Fighter Zero 2 is my best game. The Vampire series is good too but quite hard. I don't think it was all that popular though in the west. Yakumo
how can it be beaten to death the gap between SF III 3rd and SF IV was 10 years.That's hardly beating anything to death. Me thinks you just don't like fighting games. and DON'T give me that SNK is better crap.... (if you were going to) But maybe I am biased since I just did a 2 hour History of Street Fighter special. Zero 2 or Zero 2 dash? As for Vampire/Darkstalkers It got a shitty cartoon Series in the west...so it must have had a following somewhere.
Never really enjoyed the Vampire/Darkstalkers games as the controls always felt wrong to me and none of the characters felt as though they had any real 'weight', but SFII was and still is a great game, sadly the SFIII games are shit and the new graphical style that the IV iterations have is well cack. Loved the Zero games myself but for me the best version of all the SF games is Turbo on the Super Famicom. Level 8, no round loss and no continues = You Are Ken Master!!
That's the world before DLC I am and always will be a Street Fighter fan. Mostly due to the memories of first playing it and many of those memories being connected to my grandmother. The ONLY Street Fighter games I think are shit are the EX games It's the same with Mega Man and The first 3 Marios
Wow so much hate on Capcom. To be honest this is a company that has embraced its fans for the most part and given them what they've asked for, unlike companies like Square who give us what they feel like. Its only recently Capcom has bungled a few things, this Legends cancellation being one of them. 1. SF players loved the cult hit SF 3 and begged for a new one. Capcom gave in and made SF 4 which they didn't even want to do and had to be convinced internally. 2. Megaman 9 and 10, the fans wanted old school megaman games, capcom delivered 3. Marvel vs Capcom 3, another one people begged for, capcom delivered. How many games have fans written nintendo and other companies for that have landed on deaf ears? 10 years people have been yelling at Square for a FF 7 remake or next gen game, something! They ignore them. So Capcom is making some poor decisions lately but their track record otherwise is pretty good with the fanbase.
^ THAT I got sick of them pumping out another & another with just minimal changes, it was like the madden/fifa of fighting games. Then again loads of game series can be accused of that, funnily enough quite a few of them are Capcom LOL. Oh & i like fighting games, just the ones that dont have either the word street or fighter in the title. Anyway back on topic to how crap capcom are getting nowdays.

TECHNICALLY 4 SF IV Arcade SF IV home SSFIV and SSF IV AE BUT going by that there are really only 2 version of SF IV really Home SF IV and Arcade SF IV So basically all you play is Tekken Samurai Shodown and DOA
Crapcom? I coulda swore you had to be 13 or older to be a member here, and if anyone who is not under 10 finds that humorous or witty, then kill yourself. Resident Evil's after 3 suck. Megamans after 8 suck. Megaman X's after 3 suck. & yes, I think we can all agree that they went a little overboard with the amount of Street Fighter titles, but most of those were damn good. (as someone said, EX is defo the worst.) My point being, Capcom has always sucked off and on, nothing is new. All this complaining and within the next years you will be rejoicing and then complaining again. Constant Cycle.

Oooh forgot Code Veronica, that one gets the exception. And as for X4... ok, I'll admit, I was originally planning to write that all after 4 sucked, but I am too loyal to thy SNESSY. Admit it though, they ruined the Megaman X series after 4. Twas my favorite series back then too.
