Picked up a bunch of movies at Tower. If anyone is looking for some reasonable prices on Blu-ray or HD-DVD movies (~$17), they actually do have them discounted for their bankruptcy (40% here).

Got a few Mega Drive games today - Golden Axe and Granada. The Granada is to replace my other copy that has a not so minty instruction book so I'll be selling that one for 5 pounds if anyone is interested. Assault Suit Valken 2 on the PlayStation. The first one on the Saturn was fantastic but this may be a bit on the crappy side due to them putting it in to 3D. Time will tell. Finally 2 Saturn games that only cost 99 yen each :)

Me again :p Bought a few more goodies today while out shopping for customers. Stuff like another real Japanese Mega Drive and yet another scratch free Saturn Sexy Parodius but for myself I got the following.

First up is the 4MBIT set of Saturn Street Fighter Zero 3 for a price that is even cheap for Japan ! Normally this goes for over 50 pounds on Yahoo auctions but guess how much this was? ONLY 17 pounds !!! (Yakumo hears the sound of knives being sharpened). Other stuff include Akiko Hinagata discography set who was a pretty popular singer in the late 90's, Shanghai Dynasty for DC which is a Shogi game, Dejig a digital jigsaw puzzle game and Code R which is an Initial D style racer complete with RPG mode.

Yeah your correct its a svideo cable just in case, as my tv can only accept component when its in interlace mode as its not capable of progressive scan.

I run my component cable on my gamecube in interlace mode as it gives me a fantastic picture. Hoping i can do the same with the wii, if not svideo will do til i can get a better tv LOL

Picked up Importaku's and my Wii sets today. Here's how it went.

I drove around to Yamada Denki (a big electrical store) at 6am this morning to find a crap load of people that had been there all night so I thought bugger this and went around to Mac Donalds to get the asamac set (Morning menu set) then parked out side GEO (Multimedia rental and sales store) just 1 minutes walk from my house. The reason I drove was because it was throwing it down. Anyway, got there at 6:30am to find the following. (Picture taken in "stelth" mode since it was pitch black out side and I didn't really want to use the flash, if you knwo what I mean)

Yep, a boy and his dad (asleep on the floor) in the cold. now what I couldn't understand was that these two idiots had a car parked just behind mine. The dad said that they had been there since 5am in the cold rain! Why????

Anyway, here's what I got. Not too much since Importaku bought bloody everything  Wii, S-Video cable, Zelda, Wii remote cover, Hajimete No Wii plus extra controller and the Classic controller with 5000 Wii points (basically the controller is free)

The Wii fits just nicely on my TV shelf. (No taking the piss out of my TV now :D)

Lucky for you that the Wii offers either interlaced mode (what I have to use) or progressive scan
